Gabrielle, my friend Anne’s daughter, who stayed with us this summer, hopped the Metro with a full book bag and sits back in the classroom. A tanned Anne is back at work and wishing les vacances lasted longer.
I love la Rentrée in Paris - the relaxed air of Parisians, the cafe’s re-opened and bustling and museums bursting with new exhibitions.
