All the calendar orders received (even those spoken for, and payment not yet received) have been fulfilled. The last of them went into the postal (or UPS) system yesterday, Friday.
An advisory: the office here will be closed this coming Wednesday (November 12) until Monday, November 24. If you haven’t ordered a calendar and you want to be assured of getting one, place your order pronto. I’ll get it on the way to you on or before the 12th.
Otherwise, the closer we get to Christmas, the greater the demand for the remaining copies of the calendar.
