Infrared Color + LUT Support

Hey,

I’ve got something pretty cool in the works that I want to share..

It’s a full spectrum micro 43 infrared sensor for the WLV-01. I know I’ve been going deep into monochrome since the start of this page but I’ve been wanting to show color some love.

I didn’t just want to make a standard color camera so I went infrared with built in LUT support. The camera can now support .cube files loaded into the usb drive and apply it live to the preview and jpg.

Here’s how it looks in camera:

I wanted to do some street photography tonight but unfortunately we’ve been in thunderstorm season all week so I could only take a few quick snaps today walking back to my car. Here’s how they look:

These are all straight out of camera jpgs.

I’m pretty excited to release this new variation of the WLV-01. The sensors are difficult to source but I should have the supply chain figured out by next month. Stay tuned if you’re interested!
