ACTIVATE REIN STATE
It’s extremely difficult to activate Rein State.
With each person, The Source requires a different quality.
Depending on their current situation and life plan, The Source will calculate:
What is their power
Which quality they need to activate it

Some people are active since birth with no effort.
Some could never activate theirs for life despite how hard they try.
There’s a famous quote about Rein State:
“Want it? Great. You may not have it.”
