Grow with Me is Back. Season 2 Starts Today.

Season 2 of Grow with Me by Suhailah is here. After a winter break, we are back. I am back.

Last year, Season 1 launched on the first day of spring on Spotify, Apple Podcasts, Amazon Music, iHeart Radio, and everywhere else you listen. This year is no different. Today is the first day of spring, so happy spring to everyone in the Northern Hemisphere! 🌺

Season 2, Episode 1 is titled What Is Life?…On the Wars We Fight (Inner & Otherwise). As with all episodes of my podcast, this one is about transformation, emotional and mental well-being, inner authority, and agency in a world designed to strip all of those things from us.

What is life? This is the question I had on my mind one recent morning when I woke up. I felt the need to speak to it out loud. This episode is what came out of that.

In this episode I sit with what it means to be alive right now, in a world at war on nearly every level. Between nations. Between neighbors. Inside our own minds and hearts.

I talk about the little wars we wage within ourselves every single day. Fighting for who we want to be, what we want to have, what we want to build, tooth and nail, while life keeps moving whether we’re ready or not.

What if instead of fighting, we stood where we were planted. Like a tree. Like a flower. And decided from that place to treat this life with a little more care?

This is Season 2. Let’s get into it.
