As the warnings mount about the devastating effects of climate change across the globe, governments and organisations are being forced to confront the challenges we face in the future, from resource scarcity to rising sea levels. We are all vulnerable to the adverse future presented by the climate challenge, but there are many for whom vulnerability is a major concern for the present, whether economically, geographically (with communities in areas of heightened environmental risk), or those historically placed on the margins of society, specifically Disabled people, who face additional environmental obstacles and threats in their daily experience.
