One of the best summer dishes you'll ever have

This is one of the best bites of food I’ve ever made. Summer is here and it’s hot. Especially where I live we are already hitting 100º(F) weather. Because of that I need food that is cold and refreshing. This Blue Corn Tuna Tostada with Salsa Macha is that.

Share

Crispy Blue Corn tortilla, perfect bites of dressed tuna, fresh orange segments, smashed avocado to round the bites out and salsa macha to give it that spice.

You can also purchase the blue corn masa from Masienda (not sponsored I truly just love their products)

What is Salsa Macha?

For those of you who have never tried salsa macha before just know- it is not Green Matcha powder from the cafe. It’s a classic Mexican salsa composed of dried chiles, seeds and nuts. It’s perfect to have around your pantry.
