President Donald Trump’s sweeping 2024 victory moved all states more Republican. A top issue of the election was the torrent of millions of unvetted, unchecked, illegals pouring into our country in what can only be called an invasion. Joe Biden and Alejandro Mayorkas’ open border created a humanitarian crisis involving human trafficking, sexual assault and smuggling of children. It grew the cartel presence and power within the US , brought sharp rises in fentanyl deaths and crimes by illegals. Revealing irregular warfare penetrating the borders of the United States. As the world’s superpower with satellite surveillance covering the earth 24/7, this is a crisis that shouldn’t be. Yet it is. Why? Who is behind it?

To combat these threats President Donald Trump, during his campaign, called for a revival of the Alien Enemies Act. Previously enacted during the War of 1812, World War I, and World War II, now called OPERATION AURORA. At his Aurora, Colorado rally in October he declared:

I am announcing today that upon taking office, we will have an operation Aurora at the federal level. To expedite the removals of these savage gangs I will invoke the Alien Enemies Act of 1798. To target and dismantle every migrant criminal network operating on American soil.

Prior to declared war, one of the preliminary tactics is funding rebels against the target enemy. What appears to be a humanitarian crisis on US borders is actually an assault through irregular warfare. This invasion is not just human, but the increase in deadly drugs like fentanyl and the increased stress on our societal infrastructure is a Cloward-Piven attack on America to weaken us from within. Our cost of living is unsustainable, we are being priced out of homes, our welfare systems are overloaded and our debt is 123% of our entire economy.

Acts of war occur when US lives are lost at the hands of non-citizens, especially in large-scale loss of life. Between June 2023 to June 2024 the Fentanyl deaths reached 74,900, as investigators uncovered laced drugs. This chemical warfare and human smuggling has also made the Sinaloa and Jalisco New Generation cartels record profits. Confronting the issue, the state of Texas launched Operation Lonestar in 2021 that apprehended 453 million lethal doses of fentanyl. These are biological acts of war. While the Biden administration hamstrung efforts and enforcement.

Illegals breaking laws receive financial support through a tax burden of $150.7 billion annually upon U.S. citizens that cover expenses of illegals for healthcare, education and law enforcement. While victims of natural disasters impacting Hawaii, North Carolina and Florida receive next to nothing. Why is the United Nations re-distributing our contributed tax dollars to fund unending, unchecked, illegal invasion of the United States?

Who is attacking and aiding in the taking of the lives of US citizens?

ECHOES OF THE PAST

The call for his history inducing act requires a look back in time. President John Adams helped pass The Alien Enemies Act of 1798 while the 5th U.S. Congress was controlled by the Federalist Party. Enacted during a period of political tension and mounting concerns of foreign influence amidst an undeclared naval conflict with France.

The Federalists supported a strong central government, and called for greater national security. While the Democratic-Republican Party led by Thomas Jefferson and James Madison strongly opposed the Acts, viewing them as federal overreaches and violations of individual liberties.

The present day US citizens endured 10.5 million illegal entry encounters nationwide since Fiscal Year 2021, in addition to millions more known “got-aways.” There laws in place, and the Constitution itself, give full-power to the President to stop this crisis, but the abuse, ignoring and twisting of these laws by the Administration, the courts, and non-profits has made the crisis exponentially worse. The information war propagandists re-framed and sold this to their sequestered voters as necessary acts of compassion. Yet US citizens have paid the price, some with their lives.

CONSEQUENCES OF LAWLESSNESS

US citizen Laken Riley was 22 years old when an illegal migrant killed her and then abandoned her body at the campus of the University of Georgia on February 22, 2024. The convicted killer who entered El Paso, Texas in September of 2022, was arrested and released. Then traveled to New York City where he was arrested again in September of 2023 for "acting in a manner to injure a child less than 17 and a motor vehicle license violation.” Then he received a “Humanitarian flight” from the Department of Homeland Security, a non-profit NGO or the United Nations.

DHS Secretary Alejandro Mayokas lied to congress about his knowledge of the illegal with a criminal record later convicted for the murder after the election. In the past 4 years illegals have also claimed the lives of Lizbeth Medina, 12 year old Jocelyn Nungaray, Rachel Morin, Aiden Clark, Brayan Godoy, Patricia Portillo and Debrina Kawam.

It is the duty of the Commander in Chief to protect the lives of all US citizens against enemies foreign and domestic. President Trump recognized this devastating loss of life on Truth Social:

Within a week of Laken Riley’s death President Trump visited Eagle Pass, Texas. Their citizens have endured the brunt of this invasion reporting migrants traveling on their lands and near their homes. The Texas National Guard received a visit from President Trump in gratitude for their service.

The Del Rio sector, which includes Eagle Pass, encountered an average of 6,900 migrants daily in September 2023. 4,300 illegals in July of 2023. A staggering 302,034 migrants were apprehended on the US-Mexico border in December of 2023. 71,095 of them at the Del Rio sector.

It is not just the southern border. In fiscal year 2024, 198,929 encounters have occurred across the U.S.-Canada border. The most heartbreaking incident is a family of four from India who froze to death in January of 2022 enduring negative 36 degree Fahrenheit temperatures, walking for 11 hours from Canada to their pick up location in Northern Minnesota. The youngest who died in his fathers arms was only 3 years old.

The smuggler Ramanlal Patel handled transportation in Canada while his accomplice Steve Shand would pick them up on the other side of the border. Their text communication reveal they knowingly understood the low temperatures were a threat to the lives of those who paid them to evade law enforcement. Both found guilty of the deaths from human trafficking.

In 2015 another Patel who owned a Louisiana Motel pleaded guilty to financially benefiting from a sex trafficking operation in his business. Two other incidents involving individuals with the last name Patel also involved human trafficking and motels. While it is a common last name the string of migration incidents raises questions for the little discussed global Gujarati business network with a reputation for keeping their business in the family. And an interconnected Hotel Owners Association which represents over 20,000 members who own half of the hotels in the US. With their recent convention sponsored by Chase bank, a new name for J.P. Morgan… the infamous bankers.

Other US companies named publicly in the past for hiring illegals or undocumented workers include Tyson Foods, Target, HelloFresh for hiring children, and Chipotle.

GROWING PROBLEM

According to Pew Research, there were only 3.5 million illegals in the U.S. in 1990. During the Presidential terms of George H.W. Bush, Bill Clinton and George W. Bush their population peaked at 12.2 million in 2005. That number declined to 10.2 million during President Trump’s first term. Then a staggering 10 million illegals have crossed US borders during Biden’s single term of presidency bringing the total to 20 million, matching the population of the state of New York. If illegals were their own state, they would be the 4th largest state in the US.

According to U.S. Customs and Border Protection, the Border Patrol saw 7.3 million illegal immigrants from fiscal year 2021 through November 2024. An executive order was signed from the white house in June of 2024 making it more difficult to seek asylum without legal permission. While the Lone Star State of Texas took action in 2021, Joe Biden waited three and a half years into his administration before acting.

CONSEQUENTIAL ELECTIONS

In the heat of election season Elon Musk declared his support of President Trump after the first assassination attempt. He spoke repeatedly of his concerns that this could be the last legitimate election, including on the highly popular Joe Rogan Podcast. His sentiment even rattled the thinking of his PayPal co-founder Peter Theil who spoke during an interview on The Free Press about the repeat rigged primaries by the aristocrats of the DNC:

this extremely non-democratic Primary in the Democratic party in 2020. And then an even less Democratic process by which Biden was replaced with Harris. If the machine could defeat Trump, I thought it was reasonable that it would gain even more power and somehow be unbeatable. The country would become California, become a one party State.

As Musk joined the 2024 campaign trail, he expressed concern over non-citizens voting and criticized the lack of adequate oversight in some states to prevent illegal voters. This reality in conjunction with the massive influx of illegals drew concern that the democrat party strategy was to import their future voters, plotting ways to legalize or conceal their vote. Legitimized by Joe Biden’s inaction towards the historic growth in illegal border crossing during his administration and tax payer funded relocation programs.

With the election victory secured, President Trump declared his stern intention to hold neighboring countries accountable for their role in this invasion crisis. Aggressive declarations to achieve results, peace through strength. Published to Truth Social he said:

On January 20th, as one of my many first Executive Orders, I will sign all necessary documents to charge Mexico and Canada a 25% Tariff on ALL products coming into the United States, and its ridiculous Open Borders. This Tariff will remain in effect until such time as Drugs, in particular Fentanyl, and all Illegal Aliens stop this Invasion of our Country!

His statements sent shockwaves to political partisans, but what other actions can stop these systems of human exploitation?

Justin Trudeau flew to Mar-A-Lago to meet with President-elect Trump after the threat of a 25% tariff was declared. Canada’s Deputy Prime Minister and Finance Minister, Chrystia Freeland resigned. She dissented on Trudeau's planned spending as the potential for trade disruption loomed. Soon after, Trudeau announced his resignation as well and President Trump posted on Truth Social of Canada becoming the 51st state. Asserting his position of strength. Top issues for President Trump in his December 1st meeting with Trudeau were the fentanyl and drug crisis, and the trade deficit with Canada that President Trump asserted is keeping the nation afloat. While enduring failed border securities enabling the northern invasion.

HISTORY REBORN

The year 1798 was a time of intense political party division with concerns of foreign influence in a young United States. The 13 original colonies made states and 3 new ones. 16 total states. Our nation’s first President and war time general George Washington warned us in his farewell address of political parties consolidating power and foreign influence. At that time the U.S. was still finding its identity and determining its role on the world stage.

President John Adams and Alexander Hamilton as leaders of the The Federalists party in the political duopoly sought a strong central government and revived ties with the Britain crown. Thomas Jefferson and James Madison, the leaders of the Democratic-Republicans party favored states' rights and alignment with revolutionary France. This rivalry defined much of the political discourse. Each side accusing the other of undermining the republic. The modern version of this rhetoric is phrases like “threat to our democracy.”

During the Revolutionary War France sent 10,000 troops, a naval fleet and financial assistance to aid the 13 American Colonies in their revolutionary war against the British Crown. Dominance by Britain over what would become Canada gave concern to the French of even greater economic power from the new continent by their rivals. But the 1794 Jay’s Treaty between the United States and the British Crown just 11 years after the war concluded was seen as an act of betrayal to the French. Favored by the US federalists who sought ties with Britain. This led to French vessels seizing American ships engaged in trading with the crown. Acts of revenge.

The bonds of allegiance were further unraveled when US envoys visiting France were met with expectations of bribes and loans by French officials seeking self enrichment. Corruption. These events turned the tide of US-French relations and a quasi-war began on the open seas. Both sides of the naval conflict leveraged the aid of privatized assistance (both licensed and unauthorized by respective governments) alongside their military forces. In modern terms, we’d call them corporations funding and aiding in the conflict that disrupted their business supply lines and profits. Let’s call them corporate pirates and private military contractors.

All this culminated in the passing of The Alien Enemies Act of 1798 just 20 years after the end of the Revolutionary War to address concerns and dangers of hostile immigrants. Remember the Federalists leaned towards Britain and centralized authoritarian control while the Democratic-Republicans favored the newly established revolutionary government of France.

Additionally, three more acts were passed by the Federalist control congress with a Federalist President, John Adams. One of the 4, the Sedition Act, criminalized criticism of the federal government, sparking outrage among those of the Democratic-Republican party members, who viewed it as a threat to free speech. These laws raised concerns of authoritarianism that would trample constitutional rights.

Federalists feared that immigrants and political opponents could act as agents of other nations, such as France. In our modern times, who is calling their political enemies Russian assets? Who is making accusations of Russia Collusion? This kind paranoia led to new laws and government weaponization to address foreign agents and stifled press freedoms. But considering the targeting and restrictions of President Trump’s free speech, it would not be in alignment with his character to revive these laws for those purposes. Because he was a target of them.

In a twist of fate we see the modern 2020s Democrat party choose to weaponize the government under the guise of fighting terrorism and disinformation to censor free speech as well as using the federal government to disrupt states rights and aid illegal immigrants. While the Republican party prefers states rights on modern hot topics of abortion and fear induced pandemic restrictions. It's remarkable to note in 2024 an alliance reborn of Democrats and Republicans supporting president Trump into his second term. The modern Democrat party welcomed Republicans who opposed Trump and acted like federalists weaponizing the government in acts like the impeachment attempts to overthrow President Trump’s first term and the propaganda agenda of the highly scripted January 6 Subcommittee Hearings which were revealed to be influence operations to sway public opinion.

In 1798, Democratic-Republicans like Jefferson and Madison responded with the Virginia and Kentucky Resolutions, arguing that states could nullify federal laws they deemed unconstitutional, setting the stage for later debates on states' rights. At the time, newspapers played a significant role in spreading partisan rhetoric. Federalist and Republican presses fiercely attacked each other, further polarizing the public. A new rise in partisan media which echoes today. Even in the corporate news battlefield of the information war. This turbulent period demonstrated the fragility of the young republic and its struggle to balance security, liberty, and political rivalry.

The conflict of that time over defending the nation against hostile interests echoes today as we decipher and determine the proper balance of power given to a federal government to act to defend its citizens. The authority of states rights still exists today as Texas led the charge with Operation Lone Star. And many detractors of the flaccid Biden administration raised concerns of alliance to foreign interests of foreign nations rather than their sworn oath to the United States vs aiding foreign nations. The United States at that time was an emerging nation and as President George Washington asserted, citizens must put the interests of their own nation first. America First!

How much power should be in the hands of a federal government?

Should the federal government have the power to restrain a state from enforcing border laws?

These are the debates that continue since the founding. President Trump has communicated his conclusion that the offenses against the United States by foreign interests are acts of war and therefore meet the standard for The Alien Enemies Act. We exist in a time of irregular warfare.

INVASION IN AURORA

Danielle Jurinsky is a City Council member of Aurora, Colorado who went on Fox News to spread the word of a Venezuelan gang called Tren de Aragua who had taken over three apartment complexes in the city. Residents were held hostage and some tortured. Frustration in the city has grown.

Aurora’s mayor Mike Coffman has had past conflicts with President Trump. The mayor wrote in an email saying “I’ll push back as hard as I can if the plan is called ‘Operation Aurora’ because of the reputational and economic harm that naming such a program after our city would have.

The revelations uncovered in Texas by Attorney General Ken Paxton about NGOs has inspired the Aurora city council members to conduct investigations into their local non-profits. US Air Force veteran and Retired ICE Field Office Director John Fabbricatore is a resident of Colorado and published his perspective on X:

Mayor Coffman & Councilman Gardener need to admit they are Democrats now. Let’s stop pretending. The council and Mayor have not been nonpartisan in years. [IMO] Gardner & Coffman want to roadblock Operation Aurora. Both are anti-Trump.

During his campaign visit to Aurora President Trump committed to “target and dismantle every migrant criminal network operating on American soil.” Clarifying his position of the invasion being coordinated. He went on to say “We will send elite squads of ICE, Border Patrol and federal law enforcement officers to hunt down, arrest and deport every last illegal alien gang member until there is not a single one left in this country.” And the Aurora City Council is already preparing to work with the incoming administration.

THE ROAD AHEAD

With the undisputed Trump presidential victory on November 5, 2024 the citizens of the United States voted to give both halls of congress and the presidency to Republicans. More details on his position were made known on an NBC interview about “Dreamers” who have spent decades in the US. Having been abandoned and exploited for decades by the administrations of Bushes, Clinton and Obama, Trump would like to find a plan for them to stay. And the commitment to this group won’t be the target of day one actions, contrary to what partisan news sources incited fear about.

The promised mass deportation event is NOT aimed to cause division, but restore law and order to a lawless humanitarian crisis. Incentives have inspired people to risk their lives and wellbeing, breaking laws on misleading promises. One critical revision to the 14th Amendment will be required to clarify language allowing a loophole of birthright citizenship, where pregnant mothers seek to give birth in the US to achieve citizenship.

To address the lawlessness, Tom Homan has been nominated to serve as the "border czar" in his administration, official title of Assistant to the President for Border Security. As former acting director of Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) he was tasked with securing U.S. borders and leading deportation efforts. His new role will achieve stronger border security and accomplish Operation Aurora.

In his July of 2019 visit to US congress he reminded Democrat Representative Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez of our laws. That asylum seekers need to enter at the point of entry the legal way, and those who don’t are in violation of 8 U.S. Code § 1325.

President Trump will face challenges unifying the nation around this issue as partisan news sources seek to confuse citizens that attacks against a nation only occur by declared wars from nation states. His administration will have to continue to educate and re-present the evidence of these attacks by non-nation state interests. U.S. Code Title 50, Chapter 3, Section 21 provides the legal means to retrain and remove non-citizens without the legal right to be in a nation. The declared war aspect will be a potential obstacle and possible amendments may be sought. It is expected that an immigration reform will be one of the Executive Orders planned for President Trump’s first day in office. During a campaign stop to Michigan we get a hint as to what the new policy may be:

And if they come back into our country, it's an automatic ten years in jail with no possibility of parole. So we keep them out. And I am hereby calling for the death penalty for any migrant that kills an American citizen or a law enforcement officer.

The U.S. contributes 22% of the United Nations $3.6 billion budget, which is $792 million. In 2022, the U.S. government contributed over $18 billion to the whole UN system which includes non-profits and NGOs. The U.N. earmarked $1.6 billion of their 2024 budget to support migrants with $372 million in cash and voucher assistance helping 624,000 migrants heading towards the U.S. border.

In observing these as contributions to the problem a January 2023 "No Tax Dollars for the United Nation’s Immigration Invasion Act" was proposed by Texas Rep. Lance Gooden to defund UN agencies allegedly financing the U.S. border crisis. And we may need to reassess if any of our tax dollars should go to the U.N. again with ongoing failures to stop nation state wars, its ORIGINAL INTENT! On top of all these failures, the U.N. also aids in the relocation programs that have allowed illegals to travel on “humanitarian flights”

In the final days of the Biden administration, after pardoning his son Hunter, the same rhetoric at the end of the 2nd Obama term resurfaced, to pardon illegals for the offense of unlawful entry. Yet, there is no legal precedent for issuing widespread pardons for a group of people. This type of action would struggle to survive a journey in the U.S. Federal Courts.

DHS Secretary nominee Gov. Kristie Noam has affirmed her support of following and upholding the law and new policy, and expresses her understanding for Trump’s “heart on the issue” of Dreamers. Tom Homan in his role as Assistant to the President for Border Security will work closely with DHS Secretary Noam to enforce current laws and implement new ones.

The eyes of the world look to formal inauguration of President Trump who has made a commitment with his life to safeguard the United States into the future. That burden of responsibility is what inspired him to run for office. Because the future of the United States still hangs in the balance. Her enemies have plotted her demise from the inception and at work still. We the citizens of the self-government experiment we call the United States of America must stand vigilant to take action and do the right thing at all times. It is past time this invasion is STOPPED. The November 5 election victory ensured the work has begun.
