Hello again! I hope you’re having a lovely week. In today’s email:
Small luxury watches
Saying no
Useful or beautiful
Let’s dive in 👇🏼
A month ago, I posted a video about affordable watches for smaller wrists (under $1k, under 38mm).
As promised, I just published part two of this series:
You can also check out this spreadsheet that lists all 60 watches, including their specs, price and links.

According to the American Time Use Survey:
57% of Americans placed a bet last year. Only 38% read a book.
Not to toot my own horn, but I don’t place bets, and I read almost every day. Pretty sure I’m happier for it.
But reading aside, if you want to set yourself apart, it’s more about what you don’t do.
If you simply don’t have social media on your phone, don’t eat fast food or drink soda, and don’t bet on sports, you’re probably in the top 1% of the population (in terms of physical and mental health).
Problem is, it’s usually easier to add things to our life than to remove things.
Going for a run or dragging yourself the gym?
Doable.
But not having another drink? Skipping dessert? Getting a salad instead of fries?
Genuinely hard, at least for me.
But if you manage to stop craving some of these all too common vices, not only will you be healthier, but you’ll probably be happier too.
After all, not wanting something is the same as having it.
Have nothing in your house that you do not know to be useful, or believe to be beautiful.
