What to do when your video goes viral. Everyone creating content dreams of the reach you get from hitting the algorithmic jackpot, but what do you actually DO to turn likes into ownable leads?
How to use Substack vs. how to use email lists. We talked about the benefits of each and how to differentiate the content you send to which list - long form writing vs. offers and marketing communications - and the ethics and communication required to port subscribers from one list to the other.
We celebrated one another’s successes, talked through challenges, planted the seeds for future projects, showed up in three dimensions (with all the feelings), and shared game changing tools every entrepreneur should know (Descript, anyone?).
