Tis the solstice today and what better time than a new season to chat about creating the story of our lives.
I recorded this episode over a week ago and kept holding off editing it. Last night on a walk, it became clear why. I needed extra time to let this idea simmer and form into what I actually wanted to communicate - that time is shaped by mindset, that our reality is created by our beliefs and that we have so much more power than we’ve been conditioned to think over the quality and enjoyment of our day to day.
