Hello everyone!
Thanks for tuning into my latest ramble. This month I’m chatting more about mindset and the importance of taking yourself and your ideas seriously.
It’s felt incredibly rewarding to work hard on my creative projects even when it seems like no one is looking. I’m tired of the narrative that I’m not worthy of exciting opportunities and the more I’ve practiced living with confidence that it’s all going to work out, the more it actually has.
I talk about how discipline and having good systems in place has strengthened my self-trust and how my habit of procrastination has been obliterated by the gratification that comes from just getting shit done.
I’ve been feeling excited, content, alive and incredibly grateful for everything in my life and I hope that radiates out of this month’s episode.
Thanks, as always, to Mitch Kenny for my fabulous theme song and thank you to everyone who regularly listens. I’m so happy and lucky to have such incredible support.
New Substack essay every Monday!
Talk to you soon!
Love, Brittany
P.S. Yes, I’ve worn a camp counselor whistle on a lovely silver chain everyday of Camp Beeb-ē and it is LOUD.
