Just under two years ago I was lucky enough to be invited to Fortnum and Mason for an interview that would feature in an article about myself, the Food and Drink’s Studio and CEO, Tom Athron. The experience was one of the first ‘foodie’ experiences I’d had coming out of MasterChef — I was nervous and excited all in one. Tom and I talked about their mega transformation of the third floor into what is now the Food and Drinks Studio. A spot, in central London, dedicated to unmissable food and drink that has all the speciality and celebration that comes with the Fortnum and Mason brand. I walked away with complete determination that, when I publish my first cookbook, I’d be back to host my very own supper club in a spot that, to me, felt like one of the best culinary spots in London.
