I find her exactly where I thought she’d be.
Sitting on the floor of an aisle towards the back of the B. Dalton bookstore in the suburban mall. Book open, lost in the story, purple glasses slightly askew, and that one piece of hair that she has to keep tucking behind her ear as it falls forward, out of her ponytail every few minutes.
