This week, we’re making Mexican, Japanese, Southeast Asian, Spanish, Chinese, South American, and American-inspired dishes.
There will be plenty of traditional summer meals (cold noodles) balanced with some of my personal favorites (crudo). And, of course, lots of summer tomatoes and fruit 4 friends.
My haul breaks down to 58 servings of meals and snacks — $3.92 per serving. The cheapest was my free bag of shishitos, malabar spinach, cucumbers, and eggplants, while the priciest were my $21.60 scallops.
