Hello from month three of post-partum. There is no longer time for trashy tv shows, save for a new contact naps in the afternoon. While I’m not quite at brain capacity for reading books or writing, short articles have been scratching the itch to get back out there. It’s springtime in Naples and the beaches are already filling up. I am pushing myself to get out there with the baby, exhaustion be damned. How lucky am I to spend maternity leave in such a beautiful place?

🌲 Outdoor Adventures
If you know me, you know I won’t be signing up for any marathons, but I wouldn’t mind walking the Camino di Santiago in Spain. I also dreamed of doing a shorter walks in cooler temperatures, like spending the summer walking through Prince Edward Island or the Cotswald Way. Wouldn’t it be magical to stay in these hotels that are set up on hiking trails?

I loved this post by called “Cool but Not Fancy Hotels I’m Dying to Visit”. That’s all I want in a hotel! I reached out to Il Convento in Puglia - it seems like a magical place to stay and they seem like lovely hosts.

Ok this great read by about bringing her baby to the Four Seasons for their first family trip had me really thinking about changing up my travel style. For our first trip with the baby, we’re going to Ischia, staying in a nicer hotel, and the only agenda we have is going to the thermal spa to relax. Who am I?
Also, have you guys ever stayed at a kinderhotel? I was intrigued by this Dolomites recommendation from . We are trying to plan some travel for the summer and Lake Garda is on our minds!
