In response to a warning to civilians about Russian strikes on petrol stations throughout Kherson, Russian milblogger Osvedomitell Alex shared footage of an FPV quadcopter strike on a petrol station in Bilozerka and issued further threats on his Telegram channel.

Molodizhne, Kherson Oblast
Russian FPV teams of the 98th Guards Airborne Division conducted strikes on civilian cars transiting the traffic clover near the village of Molodizhne, releasing two videos over the course of the week. These incidents were not able to be clearly linked to any casualty incidents based on descriptions given by authorities. However, there were at least five civilians wounded this week, including two utility workers.
The clover remains a highly important logistical chokepoint for both civilian life and military assets to the east of Kherson city. The clover contains that Beryslavske Highway, which is the main east-west artery that bisects Kherson city.

At 11 AM, Russian forces launched 10 KABs on Kherson city, with six impacting in Centralnyi Raion and four impacting in Korabelnyi Raion. As a result, three women (62, 70 & 83), six men (18, 52, 54, 56, 59 & 69), and an unidentified married couple were wounded.

Quarantine Island. Today, aircraft in the 18th Combined Arms Army of the Army Group “Dnepr” carried out a series of airstrikes against enemy personnel deployments. Specifically, an airstrike was carried out on an enemy UAV launcher located in the Brigantine Hotel, a firearms depot in an industrial area, and an enemy air defense system in a residential area were destroyed. The enemy suffered significant losses.
Clearing the island continues in accordance with the general plan for the liberation of the Kherson region.

Today, aircraft in the area of responsibility of the 18th Combined Arms Army of the Army Group “Dnepr” launched a massive airstrike on central Kherson. Enemy manpower deployment sites and critical infrastructure were destroyed. A strike was also carried out on a logistics center in the central district. Air forces are working very closely. After the change in leadership in the Ukrainian Armed Forces, it became clear that the militants are unwilling to fight for the city.

Centralnyi Raion, Kherson, Kherson Oblast
Russian forces struck an ambulance, using their typical claim of “dual-purpose use” as their reason for attacking the vehicle. Ambulances are protected under the Geneva Convention unless used to commit hostile acts – this ambulance is not engaged in hostile activity. No evidence was provided by the Russian side to back that claim. Regularly, civilian-purpose and legally-protected ambulances and hospitals are hit by Russian drones, bombs, and artillery.
Since the Human Safari began, Russian aggression has killed eight and wounded 236 hospital employees, nurses, doctors, medics, and ambulance drivers in Kherson Oblast.

Dual-use transport. The enemy is once again using ambulances to deliver ammunition to Ukrainian Armed Forces militant locations. The equipment is also being used to evacuate wounded soldiers and for rotation. Naturally, the equipment will be and is being destroyed.

On Sunday, Russian forces carried out an airstrike in Dniprovskyi Raion, claiming to have hit a Ukrainian UAV launch site. However, a 44-year-old civilian man was wounded as a result of the strike.

Today, airstrikes struck the eastern part of Kherson. Airstrikes are destroying enemy UAV control centers in high-rise buildings.
Not every airstrike solves the problem 100% of the time, but the trend is positive, and the effectiveness is enormous.

Early this morning, while illegal Ukrainian armed groups were still preparing for their flights, our aircraft in the 18th Combined Arms Army of the Army Group “Dnepr” carried out an airstrike using FAB-1500 missiles against an enemy UAV launcher in eastern Kherson. Enemy operators use high-rise buildings to launch drones, while they themselves operate from basements—this is a standard pattern. We expect to carry out similar strikes in the northern areas of Kherson, particularly the Tavriyskyi district. As for this location, terrorists launched drones from it against civilians on our shores, killing innocent people: the elderly, children, and the disabled.

Kherson Raion
20 July
On Monday, Russian forces massively shelled Korabelnyi Raion, wounding ten civilians, including five medical personnel from a local hospital. At the hospital, two male doctors (41 & 60) and three female nurses (43, 47 & 49) were wounded. Amongst the other civilian wounded were two men (71 & 52), a 72-year-old woman, an 18-year-old boy, and a 17-year-old girl.
Drone attacks in the same area killed one and wounded ten more. A Russian drone strike targeted a car outside a grocery store, wounding a 47-year-old saleswoman, a 53-year-old male customer, and a 46-year-old man, who was waiting for a bus nearby. The 47-year-old woman died in hospital from her wounds a week later. Additional Russian drone attacks wounded two women (55 & 62) and 6 men (27, 36, 63, 65, 69 & 71).
In the villages to the west of the city, a Russian drone strike wounded a 58-year-old man in Bilozerka, while Russian shelling wounded two women (49 & 71) in Komyshany.
To the east, Russian drone strikes wounded two utility workers (51 & 63) and a 62-year-old woman in the village of Molodizhne.

It is with great sadness that I announce the tragic news for our entire team.
This morning in Kherson, Russian terrorists killed our colleague, Angelika Pereverzeva. In eight days she would have turned 46.
She held the position of Deputy Head of the Department for Organizational Work of the Kherson Regional State Administration - Head of the Organizational Department.
Angelika Oleksandrivna devoted twenty-six years of her life to public service and the Kherson region. Even during a full-scale war, despite the constant danger, she remained to work in her hometown and did not leave it.
She was an extremely brave, responsible, sincere person and a true professional, respected by her colleagues and everyone who had the opportunity to work with her.
My sincere condolences to the family and friends of Angelika Pereverzeva, her friends, colleagues and everyone who knew her. This is a great loss for our team and for the entire Kherson region.

On Tuesday, a Russian drone strike in Tavriyskyi Raion killed 45-year-old Kherson Administration employee Anzhelika Oleksandrivna Pereverzeva. She was the Deputy Head of the Department for Organizational Work of the Kherson Oblast Administration (Kherson ODA).
In Korabelnyi Raion, Russian drone attacks wounded four civilians: three men (22, 43 & 59) and a 58-year-old woman.
In Dniprovskyi Raion, three men (39, 52 & 55) were wounded by Russian drone attacks.

This night, the occupation forces unleashed real terror on the residents of one of the high-rise buildings in the Korabelnyi district. The Russians relentlessly bombarded the building with drones.
Witnesses said that enemy operators directed three drones at the same apartment at once. Fortunately, no one was injured. The utility workers promptly began to eliminate the consequences of these attacks.
In Korabelnyi Raion, a 57-year-old woman was killed and seven more men (18, 36, 42, 48, 59, 60 & 69) were wounded by Russian drone attacks.

At approximately 07:00 in the Central district of Kherson, Russian invaders hit a bus with a drone.
As a result of the enemy drone strike, the 61-year-old driver received a concussion, explosive and closed craniocerebral injuries.
The ambulance crew took the victim to the hospital in moderate condition.
In Centralnyi Raion, five men were wounded by Russian drone strikes: a 42-year-old policeman, a 55-year-old security guard, and three civilian men (30 ,42 & 61).
In Dniprovskyi Raion, a 63-year-old woman was attacked and wounded by a Russian drone attack.
To the east of the city, Russian drone attacks wounded four civilians in Zelenivka: three men (50, 65 & 66) and a 35-year-old woman. Russian forces also bombed the town in the afternoon.

For two days in a row, Russian occupiers have been attacking Zelenivka from aircraft.
Today, another airstrike was carried out at around 4:00 p.m. 4 guided bombs fell on residential areas and non-residential buildings.
Private houses were again damaged - roofs were damaged, windows and doors were broken. The fire that broke out as a result of the airstrike was extinguished.
There was no information about the wounded. The photo shows the village after the “arrival” of Russian KAB.
Kherson Police also issued new guidance to the local population regarding Russian strikes on petrol stations. All across Ukraine, Russia has been targeting petrol stations as a response to Ukraine’s middle-strike campaign and logistics lockdown. In Kherson, petrol stations have been key targets for Russian drones for years now. Recall how Phobos Team, formerly of the 17th Tank Regiment of the 70th Motor Rifle Division, used FPV quadcopters on petrol stations across Dniprovskyi, Centralnyi, and Tavriyskyi Raions in spring and summer of 2025.
Kherson Region Police Urges Drivers Not to Congregate at Gas Stations Due to Threat of Enemy Attacks
In the Kherson Region, a number of attacks on gas stations and cars located on their territory have been recorded over the past few weeks. Unfortunately, as a result of these attacks, there have been deaths and serious injuries. The enemy is deliberately attacking civilian infrastructure facilities, exposing drivers, gas station employees, and random citizens to mortal danger. In this regard, the Kherson Region Police urges residents of the region not to neglect safety rules and to be as careful as possible when visiting gas stations.
▪️We recommend that you do not create a cluster of vehicles at the gas station and do not linger there unnecessarily. If there is already a queue at the gas station, if possible, choose another station or wait until the number of cars decreases.
▪️If an “airborne alert” signal is announced, immediately leave the gas station area and head to the nearest shelter or other safe place.

This morning, Russian invaders attacked Kherson from the air. In less than half an hour, the enemy dropped ten guided bombs on the central part of the city and the Korabel neighborhood.
In the center of Kherson, a residential area was hit - multi-kilogram bombs fell directly on the private sector and the territory of an educational institution.
As a result of the hits, the educational institution suffered serious damage. Private and apartment buildings were also damaged, and some of the houses have significant damage…

The Russian occupiers continue to fight against civilian infrastructure.
Today, the enemy launched an airstrike on one of the educational institutions in the center of Kherson. The building suffered significant damage.
This is yet another proof that Russian terrorists are deliberately not hitting military facilities, as their propaganda broadcasts.
There is no military logic in such strikes. There is only a desire to intimidate people and destroy our city.
In Korabelnyi Raion, a 40-year-old policeman, a 37-year-old woman, and four men (25, 30, 46 & 71) were wounded by Russian drone attacks. In the Shumenskyi neighborhood, a 51-year-old man was wounded by a drone attack. Three men (30, 47 & 56) and three women (42, 62 & 67) were wounded by additional drone attacks in the Zhytloselyshche neighborhood.
In the villages to the west of Kherson, a 58-year-old man and 77-year-old woman were wounded by Russian shelling.
To the east of the city, a 67-year-old man and a 62-year-old woman in Molodizhne were wounded by a Russian drone strike.
24 July
On Friday, Russian shelling hit a medical facility in Bilozerka, wounding two nurses (51 & 56).
On the west side of the city, Russian drone attacks wounded five people. A 43-year-old police officer, a 60-year-old man, and two women (20 & 43) were wounded by Russian drone attacks in Korabelnyi Raion. In the Zhytloselyshche neighborhood, a 56-year-old man was wounded by another Russian drone attack.
In the city center, Russian drone attacks wounded three men (58, 60 & 68).
On the east side of the city, Russian drone strikes wounded two 56-year-old men and two women (48 & 54).
25 July

In the morning, Russian troops carried out a massive shelling of our city. Residential areas came under enemy fire.
Multi-story and private buildings were damaged: windows were broken, roofs and facades were destroyed. Cars burned down. Unfortunately, there are injuries. One man died as a result of the attack. Condolences to his family and loved ones.
Russia once again demonstrates that its target is civilians and civilian infrastructure.
On Saturday morning, Russian forces conducted more massive artillery barrages across Kherson’s Centralnyi and Korabelnyi districts. In the city center, a 47-year-old man was killed and seven more people were wounded — a 68-year-old woman, three men (46, 51 & 58), and three unidentified victims (48, 71 & 77). In Korabelnyi Raion, shelling killed a 91-year-old man and wounded a 66-year-old man and two women (65 & 88).

The morning of July 25 became another proof that there are no rules or moral boundaries for Russian troops.
As a result of the enemy shelling of the Korabelnyi district, private homes of Kherson residents suffered significant damage. People who were living normal lives yesterday are now forced to count their losses and recover from what they experienced.
Three civilians were injured in this attack. Two of them are in serious condition. Doctors are doing everything possible to save their lives.
In Korabelnyi Raion, Russian drone attacks wounded at least ten civilians: five women (31, 48, 49, 56 & 62) and five men (54, 56, 58, 62 & 71).
In Dniprovskyi Raion, a 44-year-old man was wounded by a Russian drone strike.
To the west of Kherson city, a 44-year-old man and a 55-year-old woman were wounded by Russian drone attacks in the village of Pryozerne.

Stanislav is a settlement that is under constant enemy shelling. To get there, you have to drive a long way through open terrain. That’s why not many people dare to go there.
They took the body of a man who died during another enemy shelling 💔
In the far southwestern corner of Kherson Oblast, Russian shelling killed a 67-year-old man in the village of Stanislav.
To the east of Kherson city, a 75-year-old woman was wounded by a Russian drone attack in the village of Mykilske.
In Korabelnyi Raion, five men (41, 58, 70, 74 & 74) were wounded by Russian drone attacks.
In Centralnyi Raion, two men (42 & 60) were wounded by Russian drone attacks.

At approximately 11:10, Russian aircraft carried out another strike on the Dniprovskyi district of Kherson.
In particular, the road surface and the overhead contact network were damaged.
Russian guided aerial bombing hit Dniprovskyi Raion around 11 AM. A 44-year-old man was wounded.
Russian drone attacks in the same district wounded a 62-year-old man and a 59-year-old municipal worker.
Beryslav Raion
In Beryslav Raion, only 3 civilian casualties were reported this week. On 20 July, a Russian drone attacked and wounded a 51-year-old woman in the village of Khreshchenivka. On 22 July, a 76-year-old woman was wounded by a Russian drone strike in the town of Novovorontsovka. Finally, on 25 July, a 40-year-old man was wounded by a Russian drone attack in the village of Charivne.
Civilian Casualties
Since January 2024, Russian military action in Kherson Oblast has caused at least 8003 civilian casualties. Of the more than 8000 civilian casualties, Russian forces have killed 783 and wounded 7220 in Kherson Oblast. Of those, 7094 are from attacks in Kherson Raion, while 909 are from attacks in Beryslav Raion.
In Kherson Raion, 640 civilians have been killed and 6454 have been wounded. Russian drone attacks have killed 282 and wounded 3291 civilians. Russian shelling has killed 342 and wounded 3000 civilians. Russian landmines and UXO have killed 12 and wounded 107 civilians. Russian large UAV attacks have killed 4 and wounded 56 civilians.
In Beryslav Raion, 143 civilians have been killed and 766 have been wounded. Russian drone attacks have killed 98 and wounded 516 civilians. Russian ballistic missile strikes have killed 2 and wounded 4 civilians. Russian shelling has killed 35 and wounded 156 civilians. Russian landmines and UXO have killed 7 and wounded 82 civilians. Russian large UAV attacks have wounded 2 civilians. Other unspecific Russian military actions have resulted in 1 civilian death and 6 wounded civilians in Beryslav Raion.
Human Safari drone attacks have killed 380 people and wounded 3807 more across Kherson Oblast in just over two years.
