Several ceasefire violations were recorded by the Kherson Oblast Military Administration, Kherson Police, and Kherson Prosecutor’s Office:
9:00 AM — A 56-year-old local resident sustained a concussion, blast injury, and acute stress reaction from a Russian drone attack in Komyshany.
1:00 PM — Russian forces struck two pedestrians in the village of Nezlamne with a drone, killing a 58-year-old woman and wounding another man.
? AM/PM — One person was injured in Tomyna Balka village due to a Russian drone attack.
08 May — A 17-year-old girl was wounded in Beryslav after stepping on an anti-personnel mine. She was provided with medical assistance and hospitalized.
01 May — Two elderly residents, a 79-year-old man and a 72-year-old woman, from Beryslav were hospitalized with explosive injuries and contusions after being injured by Russian shelling.
15 April — A 60-year-old woman was brought to a hospital in Beryslav, suffering from blast trauma and fractured arm bones. Her injuries were sustained during a Russian forces shelling on. She is currently receiving necessary medical assistance.

Evacuations of 118 children and their parents from the most dangerous 'red zones' within the Khersonska urban hromada have been carried out by staff of the Kherson City Military Administration, police, and volunteers. This involved multiple raids to convince parents to leave areas under Russian shelling. As of today, no children remain in the most dangerous zones of the hromada.

Another group of residents, consisting of 11 women and 4 men, along with their pets, was evacuated from the frontline city of Beryslav. The operation was made possible by volunteer Andry Pyetukhov and Ukrainian soldiers. Some evacuees from Beryslav have sustained injuries as a result of Russian shelling or explosions from 'Petal' type mines. Medical professionals are currently providing necessary assistance to the wounded.

Police juvenile prevention officers from Kherson Oblast, along with volunteers, evacuated a woman with her 11-year-old son and 16-year-old daughter from a dangerous suburb of Kherson. The evacuation was carried out using an armored vehicle and was protected by a police mobile fire group to counter potential Russian UAV attacks. The family was then moved to a safer district within Kherson.
