Hey there!
The MCQ exam is just around the corner, and by now, you’re probably feeling that mix of wanting it to be over but also wishing for a bit more time to review everything once again. That confusing feeling of wanting the end and yet hoping for more time—it’s totally normal. But here’s the thing:

You've done everything you can with the resources you have, and that’s what truly matters.

Here are the five essential things you’ve probably done—or should do—to give yourself the best chance of passing:

Success starts with structure. Managing your time effectively, creating a study schedule, and prioritising key topics ensure that you’ve covered everything necessary. If you’ve stayed consistent and organised, you’re already ahead!

It’s not just about how much you study, but how effectively you do it. Using active recall, practice questions, and practice critical thinking reinforce your knowledge. If you’ve focused on understanding and also discussing with colleagues, you’re setting yourself up for success.

No one succeeds alone. Whether it’s a mentor, a study group, or a friend who encourages you and pushes you forward, having a support system can make a significant difference.

Your mindset matters! Tell yourself, "I will pass the exam." Confidence comes from preparation, so remind yourself of all the hard work you’ve put in. Visualise success.

Be your own biggest supporter. Avoid negative self-talk. Instead of saying, "I don’t know if I can do this," reframe it as, "I’ve prepared the best I can, and I am ready." or “I’ve done my best and I’m ready to try”.

On the day of the exam, luck is out of your hands, but everything else is within your control. Stay calm, read the questions carefully, and trust in your preparation. No matter what, you’ve already achieved so much to get here!

Final Words:
Regardless of the outcome, remember this: you’ve been working hard for something you’ve wanted for a long time. Day after day, you’ve stayed consistent, dedicated, and focused. That effort? It’s huge. It’s all about the journey, the growth, and the commitment you’ve shown to yourself.

You've got this! Trust yourself—you’re ready, and you’re stronger than you think.

Best of luck on your exam! 🎉
