What if sourcing comparator drugs for clinical trials no longer meant endless delays, opaque pricing, and compliance headaches?

one of my favorite projects was the work done with coramed to create a comparator sourcing interface. — Fig.1 – High fidelity representation of the final web application from a consumer perspective.

In an industry plagued by waste, overspending, and supply chain opacity, CoraMed spotted a massive opportunity: reinvent the entire process by connecting buyers directly to manufacturers. The result? Faster trials, trusted partnerships, and real competitive advantage.

I teamed up with CoraMed and Purpose UX to design a disruptive web application that makes sourcing effortless—delivering real-time market intelligence, accurate pricing, compliance clarity, and secure procurement.

We kicked off with brainstorming, rough sketches, and low-fi wireframes to align on key workflows (Fig. 2 & 3). Using Sketch for design and InVision for seamless feedback, we rapidly iterated from annotated wireframes to medium and high-fidelity comps.

Phase 1 focused on Buyers—building intuitive dashboards for strategy, pricing insights, and orders (Fig. 5 & 6). Phase 2 shifted to Manufacturers via an intensive multi-day workshop: personas, affinity maps, task flows, and whiteboard sessions (Fig. 4) unlocked holistic understanding and rapid prototyping.

Every step minimized risk—no mismatched assumptions, just clear collaboration that built momentum and trust.
