Through the design of a web application, we helped Spreedly customers find answers to common support issues and do some basic debugging on their financial transactions. This was accomplished while also reducing resource allocation so that the support team could focus on heavily weighted requests.

In working directly with stakeholders from support and engineering teams, we designed a web application for customers that would help them do the following tasks:
• Debug financial transactions
• Gain access to support knowledge
• Review developer documents and API references
• View the system status
• Keep current with system-change logs
• Contact support when needed

As a result, it is expected that customers will be able to handle many of their own issues while reducing the resources required to manage support request.

Process
• Brainstorming and sketching
• Wireframing
• High-fidelity design compositions
• Front-end development
• Prototyping (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)

Team
• Ryan Daigle — VP of Engineering
• Brianne Villano — Director of Customer Success
• Dane Wesolko — UX/UI Designer and Front-end Developer
