I was honestly fully prepared to roll my eyes at these.
Instead, they’ve become part of my nightly routine because they're ridiculously easy. You pop one in your mouth, it dissolves in about 10 minutes, and that's it. It gently nudges you toward sleep without feeling like you got hit by a tranquilizer dart.
Listen. Middle school me has been longing for this comeback.
They’re equal parts nostalgic and surprisingly wearable with everything from denim to dresses. I’ve been saving a few different styles depending on the vibe:
I’ve reached the point in life where if leggings aren’t flattering and comfortable, I simply refuse to acknowledge their existence.
