Anti AI Tells Prompt

The Anti AI Tells prompt is a combined writing + editing system that forces the model to behave less like a template machine and more like a sharp human editor.

1. It reduces “AI tells” on purpose by banning common crutches (overly tidy structure, repetitive phrasing, cliché filler, list-first writing, fake-sounding polish).

2. It keeps your work honest by explicitly prohibiting invented claims, credentials, quotes, or “confident nonsense.”

3. It makes the output auditable by attaching a Craft Audit that shows what was improved and where the draft still smells like generic filler.

This is a copy-and-paste, fill-and-run prompt. It’s designed to take your draft (or messy notes) and turn it into something publish-ready, while actively avoiding the usual “LLM fingerprints” that make people roll their eyes.

1. Copy the entire prompt from ***Copy everything below until “End of Prompt”*** down to end of prompt.

2. Paste it into ChatGPT (or Claude, etc.).

• Desktop tip: use Shift + Enter to create space while you fill things in, so you don’t accidentally send it mid-surgery.

3. Fill in the “INPUTS” section:

• Goal, audience, topic, outcome, format, length, voice references (optional).

• Paste in your draft or raw notes (highly recommended if you want it to sound like you and not like “a person-shaped PDF”).

4. Set your constraints:

• “Must include” is where you force in specifics you don’t want the model to dodge.

• “Must avoid” is where you ban your personal cringe words, tired phrases, and anything you know you overuse.

• “Sensitivities/boundaries” is where you draw lines (tone, topics, claims you won’t make, etc.).

5. Set the dials (0–4):

• If you’re trying to reduce “AI tells,” the biggest wins usually come from B3 (original insight), C6 (cliché firewall), and A4/A6 (pattern + punctuation tells).

• If the output feels too generic, bump B2 (concrete detail) and B5 (Land of the Obvious filter).

• If it feels too stiff, raise C4 (imperfection allowance) a notch.

6. Hit send.
   You’ll get two things back: a publish-ready draft and a Craft Audit that explains what got fixed and flags any lines that still feel generic, with stronger alternatives.
