Dear Friends of BookGo,

Thank you for helping make 2025 a wonderful BookGo year! Our company and our first books had been in the works for some time—we wanted to get everything just right. When it was, we were proud to present our books at our gorgeous launch party, November 7, 2025, at the Harvard Club with all thanks to Chuck Wardell, our founder. With us were Nancy Bell, Development Director, Tom Elliott, Marketing Director, and Barbara Shearer, our agent in charge of sales for YourFlick.

We’re thrilled to tell you that all our books, Come Up Big, The Glamour of Evil, Redeemed, and Squawk 7700, have earned excellent reviews.

Indeed, Come Up Big just received a starred review on Kirkus! We’re working to create excellent sales to follow.

What’s next?

We’re already excited about our 2026 books!

• Things I Love About Animals, by the young Spanish animal activist Elvia la Rastreadora, 2025 Young Scientific Explorer awards winner. We are publishing her book for the first time in English.

• Ghislaine Maxwell. A new look into the life and crimes of Ghislaine Maxwell by the director of the hit Peacock TV series Epstein’s Shadow: Ghislaine Maxwell by Barbara Shearer and writer-producer Michael McKinley.

• We have a sizzling new crime thriller coming from Andy Kimball, Whore’s Kiss.

• PLUS a special new guidebook to colleges and universities, the first of its kind, from Dr. Richard Major (more about that later!)

• YourBook, our writers’ services wing, will be publishing a new memoir following John Graham and sons Ryan and Michael’s lives inside politics as they build and help finance the Democratic party over the last half century: Inside The Room.

• We are also developing Those Who Trespass, an extraordinary memoir by Christina Christodoulou chronicling her grandfather’s life as a Greek Orthodox priest rescuing Jewish children from the Nazis in World War II.
