A Moment of Gratitude (and Everything That Comes With It)

Hey friends!

I wanted to use this as an opportunity to share a moment of gratitude.

With 7 books, including an expanded and updated edition of my very first one, this journey has stretched me in ways I never expected.

I’m in a really special place in my business right now, but getting here hasn’t been without its weight. This is my work and the mission God has given me, and while I share parts of it publicly, there’s a lot I carry quietly.

We all do, right? Life is full, families, careers, businesses, responsibilities, and sometimes the weight of it is something we each carry in our own way.

So whether you’ve cheered me on from afar, shared my work, or simply opened this email, that kind of support is something I don’t take lightly.

To my sister-friends, Team CGF, my mentors, this incredible community and everyone in my corner holding me up behind the scenes every single day—thank you.

In this season what I’ve learned is that gratitude and grief aren’t opposites — they can coexist, and lately, mine really have.

Losing my dad changed me, and in the months since, the love and support I’ve received have meant more than I can fully express.

To the friends who continue to check in, to the ones who have shown up in person throughout this book promo journey, to my fashionista friends helping me pull outfits together when I don’t have the bandwidth, and to everyone who has shared Clever Girl Finance and my books with their communities—I see you, and I appreciate you.

To everyone who has been quietly in my corner, reading, engaging, and just being here, thank you for being part of this journey. Your support, in all its forms, truly means more than I can say.
