The most precious moments come in between the moments where we tend to think too far into the future or look too far back into the past.
I’ve been recording little voice notes to remember the sweet sounds of my babies first beginning to learn new words. My daughter (like her mother) loves to talk endlessly and her little giggles and her “How are you"?” “I’m goooood” brings a sweetness to life that gives me a deeper appreciation for the ordinary.

I’m not sure I’ve felt this level of appreciation for the present moment in my life. I think I believe that I had experienced beforehand but in becoming a mother, I seem to feel this experience of meeting it for the first time.
To be appreciate the delicacy of the present moment and to hold it gently.
There’s a meditative element to mothering that requires nothing from me but to just laugh along and smile.
To allow the giggles to warm my heart, as I basque in the beauty of life itself.
Reflection prompt:
When was the last time you felt the natural leaning into the presence of life itself?
If this is your first time connecting with us, welcome :) The seeds of possibility are still sprouting as we speak and I’m interested in quietly sharing deep and intimate experiences. If that feels like home for you, I encourage you to subscribe.
