Hi there, I’m Marcy Norman. I’m a nurse, writer, and advocate—and I’ve spent many years in healthcare navigating the highs, lows, and challenges. My career has taken me through cardiac telemetry, hospice care, dialysis, and even the psychiatric field. Along the way, I’ve faced burnout, battled addiction, and, most importantly, learned how to heal and grow.
