Welcome to The Adam Friedland Show Executive American Express Card ("TAFS Card") program. By applying for or using the TAFS Card, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. The TAFS Card is issued by American Express in partnership with Mullen Media Studio & Funny Moms International.
The TAFS Card carries an annual fee of $150, which will be billed to your account upon card activation and each subsequent anniversary.
The APR for the TAFS Card is calculated as the Prime Rate plus 20%. The Prime Rate is subject to change, and your APR will adjust accordingly.
For every $1 spent on eligible purchases, you will earn 1 TAFS Point.
Double points are earned on all purchases made at Mullen Media Studio or on The Adam Friedland Show's official merchandise store.
Points will be credited to your account within 7-10 business days after the transaction posts.
Points can be redeemed for exclusive TAFS merchandise through the TAFS online store.
Points are non-transferable and cannot be converted to cash.
Points expire 24 months from the date they were earned.
To be eligible for the TAFS Card, you must be at least 18 years old and a resident of the United States.
You are responsible for all transactions made on your TAFS Card.
You must notify American Express immediately if your card is lost or stolen.
American Express, Mullen Media Studio, & Funny Moms International reserve the right to terminate the TAFS Card program or change these Terms and Conditions at any time.
Any changes will be communicated via email or written notice.
Neither American Express nor Mullen Media Studio shall be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the TAFS Card.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
