Bela Divine · Museletters by Bela Divine

I think one of my more entertaining qualities as a healing arts practitioner is that I share my stories & wounds openly. The good, the messy, the beautiful. I genuinely believe that stories are the best case studies we can offer. (In my case, my stories, and the stories of my clients—because I’ve gathered some pretty spectacular data there too.)

Storytelling is our most ancient tool for communication. And In a world that’s getting noisier and noisier with absolute AI slop, it’s a skill I not only have to advocate for but also feel like I have to help teach.

I’m very passionate about this subject because last year I almost lost my voice, for a number of reasons.

It was one of those life curriculum things. An initiation that every storyteller and writer probably goes through at some point. And as someone who has been writing my little heart out every single day since I was seven years old, I think it was only fitting for me to go through it.

In this newsletter, I’ll be teaching you one of my favorite practices that helped me to find my voice again as a writer.
