Even though I absolutely love cooking and eating and all of the things, like everyone else I sometimes find myself in a bit of a dinnertime rut. I mean, I cook three meals daily for six humans and sometimes…I get weary. Enter the dinner diaries. All the dinner diary is is a way to keep track of what you are cooking every night. It’s pretty basic. However, I found that after I spent weeks of doing this little five second practice every night I found myself more inspired! And I also had data for my nine year old comes at telling me he hates chicken and all we eat is chicken. I have gotten my best friend in California on board with keeping a dinner diary, too, so today I’m telling you to do the same! It actually really helps to get out of a rut. For some reason when you stare at the meals you make every single night you feel inspired to out-do them. Or at least re-make the ones you and your family really liked.
