Wild Dark Shore by Charlotte McConaghy I just finished this and can’t stop thinking about it. It’s not really the kind of book I would normally pick up, but it came highly recommended and did not disappoint. A novel about climate change, it really keeps you on the edge of your seat the entire time with excellent character development. Highly recommend. I read this in 24 hours if that says anything to you…

The Entire Emma M Lion Series by Beth Brower Admittedly, I did not actually care for the first two books in this series that much and almost gave up. Wow, I am so glad I did NOT give up! I was totally hooked by the fifth book and read the last two books at lightening speed. They are absolutely hilarious and witty. I can’t wait for the ninth book to come out!

The Chosen by Cham Potok I read this for my book club and really loved it. The writing is just beautiful. I had actually read it when I was in high school for the first time and it was wonderful to revisit it now. The story of two Jewish boys living and coming of age in New York. So beautiful. I devoured it.

Last Twilight in Paris by Pam Jenoff This book is very similar to many books I like to read (love WW2 as a genre!) but it had a different twist. I have liked all the books this author has written and found myself thinking about this one long after I read it.

Heart the Lover by Lily King A great, page turning romance that will make you nostalgic for all the college things. Another book I read in about 24 hours and recommended to friends.

Currently reading The Correspondent! I bet a bunch of you have already read this - it seems to be very popular and was highly recommended. I haven’t finished it so I’ll save my real thoughts but I’m really enjoying it so far! Kin is also at the top of my list for later this month…
