The summer backyard BBQ season is still in full swing, and we wanted to share a few delicious recipes from some of our favorite creators that you can make at home for your family and friends.
If you want to impress the guests with tasty recipes at your next gathering, then look no further. Here are three delicious BBQ recipes for you to cook this summer.
These candied jalapeño pork belly burnt ends from Susie Bulloch of Hey Grill Hey are a perfect appetizer to start off your backyard gathering. Each bite is sticky, sweet, and packed full of heat. For this recipe, Bulloch uses her Beefy Sprinkles to season the pork belly and glazes with a candied jalapeño syrup. The result is bites of smoky, fatty, melt-in-your-mouth deliciousness.
If you love a good fried chicken sandwich but want something with real spice level behind it, these Nashville hot chicken sandwiches are exactly what you need. This recipe walks you through a buttermilk brine, a crispy coating, and a spicy Nashville butter sauce that gets brushed on while the chicken is still hot from the fryer. The result is a golden brown chicken sandwich with a real kick, piled on a toasted brioche bun with pickle slices and creamy coleslaw.'
Christie Vanover of Girls Can Grill created the perfect BBQ dessert with her recipe for Peach Cobbler. Best of all, this recipe can be made with fresh, canned, or even frozen peaches. In fact, Vanover prefers to use frozen peaches because they are easiest to use and allow you to control the type and amount of sugar used to make the peach syrup.
