Galentine’s is officially back. Last year was my favorite dinner of the entire year. A room full of women showing up unbothered, hungry, curious, and ready to linger at the table just hits different. So yes, we’re repeating that!
The Feb 15 Galentine’s dinner is a 20 person girl dinner in a brownstone. Long table, warm lighting, incredible food, groovy French and nostalgic music in the background. A proper girls night.
Here’s the menu I’ll be cooking for you.
The menu is design around seasonality. February is all about citrus for me. Bright, punchy flavors in the dead of winter. Expect bursts of yellow and orange all over the table, from the food to the styling. The menu is designed to feel fresh, comforting, and exciting at the same time.
It’ll be packed with flavor and a little heat, so come hungry.
We’ll also have a full lineup of functional non alcoholic beverages by Curious Elixirs. Think an ice bucket full of options all night. Beautiful drinks, no hangovers, and you leave feeling great.
And because I can’t help myself, there will be a few surprises. Curated gift bags with some of my favorite CPG brands, in a cute tote bag to take home.
