The Beyar Sisters · The Beyar Sisters

Welcome to last week’s ✨ Group Chat 💬 , where we spill what’s happening behind the scenes. From everyday chaos to the things we can’t stop talking about, consider this your front-row seat to the sister thread. Here’s what was on our minds (and in our texts) last week…

  • 2026 is coming…. A little biz update no one asked for: we just wrapped a massive round of work last week…. Basically, everything our designers need for the new website and the new guides launching in 2026. For a chaotic trio that historically sets unrealistic deadlines (and rarely meets them lol), we are genuinely so proud of ourselves for buckling down and getting it all in on time. There’s a real Balanced Beyars Health evolution happening behind the scenes right now, and we can feel it. What’s coming is going to help us show up more aligned, more intentional, and with clearer, more supportive resources for the people who need them most. We’re already getting chills thinking about 2026. It’s going to be a good one.

  • Non-tox holiday vibes. We love the holiday season. It’s cozy, wholesome, and absolutely #candleszn. And without hurting any feelings… we have to retire the HomeGoods and Bath&Body Works candles. We’re alllllll about using nontoxic candles in our home and gifting them to others. They smell incredible and they’re better for your hormones and overall health because you’re avoiding the harsh chemicals found in most conventional candles. So worth it. Our favorites are Primally Pure and Fontana Candle Co (they have AMAZING holiday scents rn, OMG! Get them before they sell out for good - limited time only!). (codes: BALANCEDBEYARS)They’re cozy, safe, and truly the best.

  • Toddler affirmations. Carly has been doing positive affirmations with her toddler, Tatum, every morning, and it’s been a really fun, beautiful, and positive way to start the day together. She has her daughter repeat after her simple but powerful phrases: “I am kind. I am smart. I am beautiful. I am strong. I love me for me!”

  • Baby fall protection. Alaina and Carly both got this baby head-protection backpack for Carson and Kenney, and it’s been a total game changer for the crawling/walking/falling stage. Always falling, lol.

  • 100% cotton blankies. Julie’s little girl, Lively, has been taking the best contact-naps under this 100% cotton baby blanket. Plus, it comes in the cutest colors and a timeless, chic pointelle pattern.

  • Sunlight = medicine. Alaina listened to this podcast episode on how sunlight deficiency can impact your health…and even knowing how crucial light and darkness are for circadian rhythm, she was still blown away. It’s making her rethink (and seriously tighten up!) her own sunlight habits for the sake of her health and her family’s. If you’re a human being, you need to listen to this episode. It will change your life.

  • Postpartum hydration essentials. Julie is almost two months postpartum…. How?! Time is flying. She’s genuinely feeling really good, and wanted to share her favorite adrenal cocktail mix (code BALANCEDBEYARS). She loves it for breastfeeding support because it replenishes the electrolytes and minerals mamas burn through while nursing (AKA: sodium, potassium, magnesium) without the heavy saltiness of a full electrolyte drink. It’s her easy button: she tosses a premade packet into her water every day, and it keeps her hydrated, energized, and feeling really good. It’s been perfect for supporting milk production and giving her body what it needs while she’s focused on caring for baby girl Lively. She’s used this mix through IVF, pregnancy, and now postpartum, and still swears by the lemon-lime flavor.

  • Creatine 101. We’ve had so many questions about creatine lately, so we put together a fun, informative breakdown on why we love it for every single season of womanhood…. From hormonal health to fertility nourishment, TTC, pregnancy, breastfeeding, and postpartum. It’s truly one of the most universal, supportive supplements out there (and one of the most well-studied supplements for a reason!). You can read the full breakdown here!

  • Soothing sound therapy. Per a recommendation from her metaphysician, Laura Graye, Alaina has been listening to this YouTube track for nervous system healing. The music is set to 528 Hz and is incredibly calming, both physically and mentally, and deeply grounding for stress reduction. She even plays it at bedtime with her 11-month-old, and it helps her settle almost instantly. Highly recommend exploring all the tracks from this channel.

Sometimes it’s the smallest thing - a phrase, a laugh, a reminder - that shifts the whole week. Here’s to noticing those little sparks when they show up and letting them carry you into the rest of your week.

Wishing you rest, joy, or whatever you need most right now.
