The Beyar Sisters · The Beyar Sisters

Welcome to this week’s ✨ Group Chat 💬 , where we spill what’s happening behind the scenes. From everyday chaos to the things we can’t stop talking about, consider this your front-row seat to the sister thread. Here’s what was on our minds (and in our texts) this past week…

  • Alaina’s been quietly doing online dance classes in her basement hahahahah. Dancing has always been so fun and freeing for her and she’s been seriouslyyyyy missing it the last couple of years. Learning dances lately has been a such a fun, joyful hobby…something just FOR HER. Looks like this creator is doing the same thing!

  • SLEEP. Alaina & Carly have been doing everything they can to get their kids sleeping consistently!!!!

    • Alaina just shared PART 1 of her sleep strategy tips for her 4 & 6 year olds. You can watch that here.

    • Carly has been working with the Full Feedings team for just one week, and she truly can’t say enough good things. She’s gently shifting her daughter’s calories into the daytime, learning about false starts, and finally getting clear on wake windows and nap timing—and honestly, her entire schedule already feels calmer and more aligned. Carly also introduced formula (code BALANCEDBEYARS10) this week as she begins combo feeding and slowly weaning from breastfeeding, which has been such a gift…no pumping, less pressure, and total peace knowing Carson is still getting what she needs. She’ll keep sharing as her daughter’s sleep continues to improve, and she’s so hopeful she’ll be sleeping through the night next week. And a huge, heartfelt shoutout to Ann, the founder at Full Feedings — she cares so deeply about moms and their babies eating enough, sleeping enough, and truly thriving. This is genuinely the only sleep “training” program Carly would recommend right now. 💖

  • Subconscious & safety. We’re loving learning about all things nervous system! We just listened to an awesome podcast about how your nervous system quietly sets an invisible ceiling on what you feel safe receiving. So cool to see how your nervous system and subconscious shape your ability to expand! Worth the listen if you’re bank account has been feeling stuck no matter what you do!

  • Weekly faves. As per usual, sharing a round up of this week’s faves.

  • See below for some of our must-haves:

    • The cayooootest supplement container! Perfect for keeping your supps organized on the go, or for the frazzled, tired mom brain who can never remember if you’ve taken your daily vitamins or not.

    • New dreamy body wash with peppermint & rosalina essential oils. (PS- We just found out that you can get Koala Eco products at Whole Foods!!!)

    • Materials matter, especially where it counts (AKA near reproductive organs)! These 100% organic cotton thongs are super comfy, breathable, and affordable.

    • Alaina captured this week’s winter storm in the most nostalgic, throwback-worthy pics with this camera. It’s screenless, so you can actually be in the moment (FINALLY - no phones glued to our hands, yet still able to snap photos!). It’s simple enough that our kids can take pictures too, which is so fun to watch and such a great way to nourish their creativity. The presets give photos that old-school, nostalgic vibe, and uploading to your computer is a breeze. Honestly, we should have gotten one of these ages ago! (code: BB7)

Sometimes it’s the smallest thing - a phrase, a laugh, a reminder - that shifts the whole week. Here’s to noticing those little sparks when they show up and letting them carry you into the rest of your week.

Wishing you rest, joy, or whatever you need most right now.
