In the past five years researching fixed stars, one of the things that has consistently amused me is seeing how people embody their natal fixed stars through the nicknames they’re given.
Colleague Terre has written a really cool article about names and the natal chart which you can read here. I will get a little bit into planetary placements too when relevant, but mostly focus on fixed stars for the purpose of this article.
Without further ado, here’s a little compilation!
Stars included: Vega, Alphard, Algol, Menkar, Acumen, Pollux, Alcyone, Sualocin, Fomalhaut, Mirach, Al Rescha, Deneb Algedi, El Nath, Sirius and Procyon.
