Goal Tracker App

This August I took time off from YouTube, my blog, and my Simple Border app. 

I saw an invitation to RevenueCat Ship-a-ton and focused on the new Goal Tracker: Plan & Progress app. I'm happy to announce that it went public last week. 

I do not expect to win something, the app is quite simple and I did not build it in public. The participation just gave me a deadline.

It's a simple app, a replication of the Notion template I used before. You can set goals with start and end dates, and some metrics to measure progress, then log them and make notes on a weekly or daily basis. It simplifies the process for me and makes it more visual with charts. It’s kind of recursion, I achieved one of my year goals by building the goal tracker app.

From May I spent 73 hours, learned some new tech things, and passed the App Store review on the first attempt.

I still have a lot to do on my list, like design improvements, more customization with icons and colors, widgets, goals with steps for achievement, better notes, and performance optimizations. But for the next several weeks I want to focus again on YouTube and improvements for the other app.
