Atlasview-Backed Soutron Global Has Acquired Biblionix

Toronto, ON (August 18, 2026) - Soutron Global, a portfolio company of Atlasview Equity Partners, today announced that it has acquired Biblionix, Inc. (“Biblionix”), an Austin-based provider of cloud-native library management software.

Founded in 2003 by Clark and Xan Charbonnet, Biblionix is the creator of Apollo, a cloud-native integrated library system (ILS) for smaller public libraries, and Artemis, a companion ILS for K-12 school libraries. Apollo and Artemis serve nearly 1,000 libraries and schools across North America, delivering robust solutions and exceptional customer service.

The acquisition marks Soutron Global’s third add-on since 2024, following MINISIS (2024) and Auto-Graphics (2025), and further scales the combined platform, which now serves more than 7,000 US public libraries alongside a growing base of archives, museums, and knowledge institutions across the US, UK, Canada, and Australia/New Zealand.
