Earthquake & Incident Watch: 6-16 July 2026 (Part I)

Other points to remember:

(1) This is a highly accident-prone period, in general. July 12-15 may also see a strong uptick in earthquakes.

(2) For a detailed overview of the complete month of July 2026, about the kind of events that are likely to happen on particular dates, and the specific countries and regions of the world, in general, that need extra attention, see my July 2026 “global horoscope.”

(3) The Koreas and/or Heilongjiang Province of China as well as the Celebes Sea-Makassar Strait-Sulawesi area of Southeast Asia look very strongly malefic in this period. Southwest China and Qinghai regions are highly likely to continue seeing earthquakes, some of them M5.0+. China and Vietnam, overall, are incident-prone in this period, with many areas of these countries continuing to receive very heavy rainfall. Izu Islands area of Japan may continue to see several earthquakes, and even an M6.0+ quake could occur. Hokkaido (Japan) could see quakes and other incidents. The Fukuoka area of Japan could see earthquakes. Southern India (or Sri Lanka) could see a major aviation incident.

(4) Muslim lands or communities may face significant violence in this period, including Pakistan, Afghanistan and Iran.

(5) Because of lack of time, I have not looked at anywhere further east of Hokkaido (Japan), except for a prediction line that passes to the west of Fiji’s main island. I have neither looked to the west of Balochistan (Pakistan), except for a couple of lines. I have not looked at most of Australia, either.

And now below is the next set of predictions, first for the Eastern Hemisphere. Predictions for the Western Hemisphere (i.e., Part II) are planned to be published soon.

Most prediction lines given below are for M5.0+ quakes (magnitude 5.0 and higher). However, there may still be some that remain within the M3.5-M5.0 range.

Note: Sometimes, earthquake indications on the chart may be rather about other forms of earth disturbances such as volcanic activity, rockfall, avalanche, mudflow, landslide or ground subsidence. They could also be about “non-natural” forms of falls of structures: for example, the collapse of a bridge, an industrial accident in which a big piece of equipment falls down, a plane crash, or a building or mine collapse. Astrologically, they are all one category. So when I say earthquake, the complete category is meant. Please always bear this in mind.

Earthquakes are predicted near the following imaginary lines (within 250 km, but mostly much closer; however, as I am not publishing all the lines, distances may appear larger—see this post). You may extrapolate all lines further at both their ends (especially for accidents and malefic incidents other than quakes). If a high magnitude is predicted for a particular region, then that high magnitude applies to all prediction lines when passing through that region, even if I have not mentioned any magnitude or mentioned a lower magnitude for the other lines. Also, when many lines are close by, it is not necessary that there would be an earthquake for each of those lines; in addition, I may not repeatedly show the same area when several lines are close.

- Line between 16°00′S, 174°13′E (a point in the South Pacific) and 20°00′S, 175°57′E (southwest of Viti Levu Island, Fiji). Major accidents or incidents involving fire, firearms or explosions, troubles for children, the young, or students, troubles for travellers, sailors and diplomats, communication troubles, notable incidents of violence, and storms or strong winds also possible near this line.

- Straight line running through 43°23′N, 146°03′E (south off Yuri Island, Kuril Islands). Notable accidents, incidents of drowning, incidents of shooting, terrorism or violence in general, copious precipitation, and notable instances of deception or fraud also could occur near this line. In this particular prediction section shown, incidents involving fire, firearms or explosions, troubles for children, the young, or students, troubles for travellers, sailors and diplomats, communication troubles, and storms or strong winds also possible:

When extended south, the Charleville-Bourke area (Queensland-New South Wales, Australia) looks somewhat malefic:

When extended further south, the sea between Tasmania and Antarctica looks highly malefic for earthquakes, and magnitude may even cross 6.0:

- Straight line running through 36°00′N, 141°09′E (off Kashima, Ibaraki, Japan). Noteworthy accidents or notable malefic incidents, in addition to or instead of earthquakes, could occur near this line. The line passes by the Izu Islands area:

When extended north, the line passes through the recently earthquake-prone Iwate-Aomori-Hokkaido area of Japan (not shown), but the Sakhalin-northern Hokkaido area (Russia-Japan) looks much more malefic, especially for accidents, communication troubles, storms or troubles for travellers/sailors or the young:

- Straight line running through 3°00′S, 137°56′E (near Bareri, Mamberamo Raya Regency, Papua, Indonesia). Notable accidents, incidents of drowning, incidents of shooting, terrorism or violence in general, copious precipitation, and notable instances of deception or fraud also could occur near this line.

When extended north, the line will pass very close by Yap State of Micronesia as well as the Caroline Islands, and besides quakes, extremely heavy rain also highly likely in this section:

When extended further north, the line will cross the Japanese coastline near Hamamatsu (not shown).

- Line between 41°00′N, 136°24′E (a point in the Sea of Japan) and 37°36′N, 138°55′E (near Sanjo, Niigata, Japan). Notable accidents, landslides or collapses of structures, violence, incidents that bring casualties, troubles for labourers/blue collar workers or for the old or poor, troubles for the very wealthy, troubles for politicians, religious people, state ministers and bureaucrats, or strong precipitation also likely near this line.

- Straight line running through 33°00′N, 130°31′E (near Arao, Kumamoto, Japan). Notable accidents, incidents of drowning, incidents of shooting, terrorism or violence in general, copious precipitation, and notable instances of deception or fraud also could occur near this line.

When extended north, the Heilongjiang-Amur border area (China-Russia) looks quite malefic:

- Straight line running through 40°00′N, 126°13′E (near Hyangsan, North Pyongan, North Korea). Noteworthy accidents or notable malefic incidents, in addition to or instead of earthquakes, could occur near this line.

- Straight line running through 27°00′N, 128°42′E (east off Yoron, Oshima District, Kagoshima, Japan). Notable accidents, landslides or collapses of structures, violence, incidents that bring casualties, troubles for labourers/blue collar workers or for the old or poor, troubles for the very wealthy, troubles for politicians, religious people, state ministers and bureaucrats, or strong precipitation also likely near this line. This prediction section here, in particular, may see extremely heavy rainfall:

When extended north, the Daegu-Fukuoka section (South Korea-Japan) of the line looks highly malefic:

- Straight line running through 40°00′N, 120°07′E (off Wanjia Town 万家镇, Suizhong County, Huludao, Liaoning, China). Notable accidents, incidents of fires/explosions, storms, and notable incidents of violence also could occur near this line. This prediction section shown here looks to receive very heavy rainfall, in particular:

When extended a bit south, the line will go through the Zhejiang-Fujian area of China, and the section looks somewhat malefic:

When extended further south, the Celebes Sea section of the line looks strongly malefic for earthquakes and notable accidents, in particular:

- Straight line running through 34°00′N, 118°44′E (near Shuyang County, Suqian, Jiangsu, China). Noteworthy accidents or notable malefic incidents, in addition to or instead of earthquakes, could occur near this line.

- Straight line running through 6°00′N, 117°55′E (near Sandakan, Sabah, Malaysia). Notable accidents or incidents involving fire, firearms or explosions, troubles for travellers, network outages (power, IT, water, etc.), storms or strong winds, and troubles to authorities or those in high positions also possible near this line.

When extended south, another highly malefic section of the line goes through Indonesia’s Sunda Islands:

- Straight line running through 17°00′N, 112°57′E (near Paracel Islands). Noteworthy accidents or notable malefic incidents, in addition to or instead of earthquakes, could occur near this line. Some areas near this line may also see copious rainfall and troubles for figures of fashion industry or luxury sector or for female figures or the wealthy.

When extended north, the Inner Mongolia-Shanxi area of China, and nearby bordering areas of Mongolia, look malefic:

- Straight line running through 32°00′N, 104°25′E (near Bainixiang, Beichuan Qiang Autonomous County, Mianyang, Sichuan, China). This is a highly malefic line, especially the prediction section shown here, in which earthquake magnitude may even exceed 5.3:

When extended south, another malefic area is the Vietnam-China border region:

When extended further south, the Singapore-Riau Islands area also looks malefic, especially for notable accidents, fires or storms:

- Line between 40°00′N, 97°19′E (near Chijin Town, Yumen City, Jiuquan, Gansu, China) and 33°00′N, 101°46′E (near Longcang Town, Ngawa County, Ngawa Tibetan and Qiang Autonomous Prefecture, Sichuan, China). Major accidents or incidents involving fire, firearms or explosions, troubles for children, the young, or students, troubles for travellers/tourists and diplomats, communication troubles, notable incidents of violence, and storms or strong winds also possible near this line.

When extended south to 26°00′N, 105°30′E (near Guanling Buyei and Miao Autonomous County, Anshun, Guizhou, China), the line can be seen passing close by the major urban area of Chengdu:

Extended further south, the line passes through Guangxi-Vietnam border area, before touching the western coast of Hainan (China) (not shown). Extended far south, the line can be described thus: between 1°23′N, 115°57′E (north of Gunungritan, Kutai Kartanegara Regency, East Kalimantan, Indonesia) and 4°42′S, 118°20′E (off Makassar City, South Sulawesi, Indonesia).

- Line between 42°00′N, 93°52′E (near Yamansu Town, Yizhou, Hami, Xinjiang, China) and 36°30′N, 97°34′E (east of Zhusilong 朱斯隆, Ulan County, Haixi Mongol and Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture, Qinghai, China). Notable accidents or incidents involving fire, firearms or explosions, troubles for travellers, network outages (power, IT, water, etc.), storms or strong winds, and troubles to authorities or those in high positions also possible near this line.

When extended south, the same line can be described thus: between 27°48′N, 102°23′E (near Xichang, Liangshan Yi Autonomous Prefecture, Sichuan, China) and 24°00′N, 104°13′E (near Jinping Town, Qiubei County, Wenshan Zhuang and Miao Autonomous Prefecture, Yunnan, China).

When extended further south, the line passes right through Vietnam’s capital, Hanoi (not shown).

- Straight line running through 45°36′N, 89°03′E (northeast of Ürümqi, Xinjiang, China). Notable accidents, incidents of violence, troubles for the destitute, low temperatures, storms, troubles for waste processing or storage facilities, conflicts to gain power, criminal incidents, troubles for criminal networks, and troubles for those in position of power also likely in some sections of this line.

When extended south, the section of the line passing through the Tibetan plateau looks highly malefic:

On extending further south, the line passes through West Bengal-Bangladesh border area:

- Line between 44°00′N, 85°25′E (near Boertonggu Meadow, Shawan County, Tacheng Prefecture, Xinjiang, China) and 38°00′N, 89°15′E (near Yusupu Aleke 玉苏普阿勒克, Ruoqiang County, Bayingolin Mongol Autonomous Prefecture, Xinjiang, China). Notable accidents, incidents of violence, troubles for the destitute and prostitutes, low temperatures, storms, troubles for waste processing or storage facilities, conflicts to gain power, criminal incidents, troubles for criminal networks, and troubles for those in position of power also likely in some sections of this line.

When extended south, the same line can be described thus: between 30°36′N, 93°07′E (near Arza, Lhari County, Nagqu, Tibet, China) and 25°18′N, 95°31′E (northwest of Tawnglin, Sagaing, Myanmar).

On extending further south, the following section looks pretty malefic (which contains Thailand’s capital, Bangkok): between 19°36′N, 97°51′E (near Daw Pawtu, Kayah, Myanmar) and 14°24′N, 99°50′E (near Nong Ong, U Thong District, Suphan Buri, Thailand).

- Straight line running through 27°18′N, 79°57′E (near Bhaurajpur, Uttar Pradesh, India). Notable accidents or incidents involving fire, firearms or explosions, troubles for travellers, network outages (power, IT, water, etc.), storms or strong winds, and troubles to authorities or those in high positions also possible near this line.

Another malefic section of the line is the Nagpur-Nanded-Hyderabad section (India), especially for aviation incidents:

Further south, the line goes all along the Tamil Nadu coastline of southern India and western Sri Lanka coastline (not shown). On extending north, the line passes close by Aksu Prefecture (Xinjiang, China):

- Straight line running through 32°00′N, 77°30′E (near Sosan, Himachal Pradesh, India). Major accidents or incidents involving fire, firearms or explosions, troubles for children, the young, or students, troubles for travellers/tourists and diplomats, communication troubles, notable incidents of violence, and storms or strong winds also possible near this line, which passes very close by India’s capital, New Delhi, among other places:

When extended south, the line goes through southern India, which again looks accident-prone:

- Line between 38°00′N, 73°58′E (south of Murghab, Gorno-Badakhshan, Tajikistan) and 33°36′N, 75°32′E (near Chingam, Kashmir). Notable accidents, incidents of violence, troubles for the destitute, low temperatures, storms, troubles for waste processing or storage facilities, conflicts to gain power, criminal incidents, troubles for criminal networks, and troubles for those in position of power also likely in some sections of this line.

- Line between 34°00′N, 67°48′E (near Sare Bed, Ghazni, Afghanistan) and 29°23′N, 68°50′E (near Kahan, Balochistan, Pakistan). Major accidents, notable violence & conflicts, troubles for children, the young, or students, troubles for travellers/tourists, sailors, mediapersons and diplomats, communication troubles, and strong winds also possible near this line.

When extended south, the same line can be described thus: between 11°30′N, 72°13′E (near Bitra, Lakshadweep, India) and 5°00′N, 73°18′E (northwest of Kaashidhoo, Kaafu Atoll, Maldives).

- Straight line running through 33°36′N, 67°39′E (near Joshan, Ghazni, Afghanistan). Notable accidents, landslides or collapses of structures, violence, incidents that bring casualties, troubles for labourers/blue collar workers or for the old or poor, troubles for the very wealthy, troubles for politicians, religious people, state ministers and bureaucrats, or strong rainfall also likely near this line.

When extended south, the line will pass through Sindh-Gujarat border area (Pakistan-India):

- Line between 32°30′N, 66°12′E (near Alkozo Kalay, Oruzgan, Afghanistan) and 28°18′N, 67°01′E (near Pir Qalandar, Balochistan, Pakistan). Noteworthy accidents or notable malefic incidents, in addition to or instead of earthquakes, could occur near this line.

I have not looked further west, except for the following two lines:

- Straight line running through 11°30′N, 26°30′E (near Abu Karinka, East Darfur, Sudan). Notable accidents or incidents involving fire, firearms or explosions, troubles for children, the young, or students, troubles for travellers, sailors and diplomats, communication troubles, notable incidents of violence and aggression, and storms or strong winds also possible near this line.

When extended north, the line goes through the North Aegean Islands of Greece and through western Türkiye:

When extended farther north, the line can be seen going through eastern-central Ukraine:

- Straight line running through 36°00′N, 24°02′E (north of Chania, Crete, Greece). Notable accidents or incidents involving fire, firearms or explosions, troubles for travellers, network outages (power, IT, water, etc.), storms or strong winds, and troubles to authorities or those in high positions also possible near this line.

When extended south, the Botswana-South Africa section of the line looks highly malefic:

Note 1: Owing to lack of time, I am unable to look at every single prediction line in detail. I am publishing only those which look more prominent to me. It is possible that on some prediction line(s) that I have not chosen, a strong enough earthquake may take place, but I can only do my best with the time constraints possible. However, wherever a line is given, an earthquake or some other incident that can or does lead to fall of structures is highly likely to happen near it, unless weak probability is already noted.

Note 2: If a big earthquake has happened in a place, aftershocks may continue for days, weeks and even months. I predict the big (usually the first) earthquake, not always the aftershocks (unless they are also seen prominently on the charts, as does happen sometimes).
