Other points to remember:
(1) This period should see notable malefic incidents: especially major earthquakes, major communication troubles and network outages, major storms and tornadoes, major accidents, notable border clashes and major troubles for travellers/tourists, aviators/sailors, the young/children, mediapersons/writers, diplomats.
Note that 9-14 August are, in particular, highly malefic dates, particularly for accidents, deaths of notable figures and violence, as I have said earlier.
(2) For a detailed overview of the month of August 2026, about the kind of events that are likely to happen on particular dates, and the specific countries and regions of the world, in general, that need extra attention, see my August 2026 “global horoscope.”
(3) Throughout this summer at least, I will be looking at only a few areas. This prediction looks at Japan, China, Myanmar, India, Nepal, Pakistan and Afghanistan area. Of course, sometimes some bordering or nearby countries may also find a mention.
A few other prediction lines are also given from rest of the world.
And now below is the next set of predictions, with only some areas of the world seen.
Most prediction lines given below are for M5.0+ quakes (magnitude 5.0 and higher). However, there may still be some that remain within the M3.0-M5.0 range.

Note: Sometimes, earthquake indications on the chart may be rather about other forms of earth disturbances such as volcanic activity, rockfall, avalanche, mudflow, landslide or ground subsidence. They could also be about “non-natural” forms of falls of structures: for example, the collapse of a bridge, an industrial accident in which a big piece of equipment falls down, a plane crash, or a building or mine collapse. Astrologically, they are all one category. So when I say earthquake, the complete category is meant. Please always bear this in mind.
Earthquakes are predicted near the following imaginary lines (within 250 km, but mostly much closer; however, as I am not publishing all the lines, distances may appear larger—see this post). You may extrapolate all lines further at both their ends (especially for accidents and malefic incidents other than quakes). If a high magnitude is predicted for a particular region, then that high magnitude applies to all prediction lines when passing through that region, even if I have not mentioned any magnitude or mentioned a lower magnitude for the other lines. Also, when many lines are close by, it is not necessary that there would be an earthquake for each of those lines; in addition, I may not repeatedly show the same area when several lines are close. However, the concentration of many lines in an area could indicate that that area may see strongly malefic incidents.
- Line between 43°42′N, 144°25′E (near Koshimizu, Hokkaido, Japan) and 38°00′N, 142°04′E (off Watari, Miyagi, Japan). Notable accidents, incidents of violence, troubles for the destitute, low temperatures, storms, troubles for waste processing or storage facilities, conflicts to gain power, notable criminal incidents, troubles for criminal networks and troubles for those in positions of power also likely in some sections of this line. When extended south to 35°36′N, 141°13′E, the line can be seen passing close to the Chiba Prefecture of Japan. High likelihood that earthquake magnitude in the prediction sections shown here may cross 5.7:
- Straight line running through 35°36′N, 136°22′E (near Ibigawa, Gifu, Japan). Notable accidents, incidents of violence, troubles for the destitute, low temperatures, storms, troubles for waste processing or storage facilities, conflicts to gain power, notable criminal incidents, troubles for criminal networks and troubles for those in positions of power also likely in some sections of this line.
- Line between 33°12′N, 129°24′E (near Hirado, Nagasaki, Japan) and 28°00′N, 128°11′E (off Iōtorishima, Kumejima, Shimajiri District, Okinawa, Japan). Notable accidents, troubles for children, the young, or students, troubles for travellers/tourists, pilots/sailors, mediapersons and diplomats, communication troubles, conflicts, and storms or strong winds also possible near this line.
When extended north, the line will pass through the Jixi area of Heilongjiang (China) (not shown).
- Line between 50°12′N, 127°05′E (east of Datoushan 大头山, Aihui District, Heihe, Heilongjiang, China) and 43°12′N, 125°04′E (near Zuminxiang, Dongliao County, Liaoyuan, Jilin, China). Noteworthy accidents or notable malefic incidents, in addition to or instead of earthquakes, could occur near this line.
When extended south, the same line can be described thus: between 29°36′N, 121°55′E (near Tuci Town, Xiangshan, Ningbo, Zhejiang, China) and 23°18′N, 121°10′E (near Zhuoqing Village, Zhuoxi Township, Hualien County, Taiwan).
- Straight line running through 43°00′N, 126°47′E (near Beitaizi Town, Huadian, Jilin, China). This is a highly malefic line, and earthquake magnitude near it is likely to cross 5.5. Notable accidents or incidents involving fire, firearms or explosions, troubles for children, the young, or students, troubles for travellers/tourists, pilots/sailors, mediapersons and diplomats, communication troubles or network outages (power, IT, water, etc.), conflicts, storms or strong winds and troubles to authorities or those in high positions also possible near this line.
When extended south, the line can be seen passing through Kumejima (Shimajiri District, Okinawa, Japan):
- Line between 26°48′N, 123°43′E (north off Taketomi 竹富町, Yaeyama District, Okinawa, Japan) and 20°48′N, 122°40′E (east off Itbayat, Batanes, Philippines). Noteworthy accidents or notable malefic incidents, in addition to or instead of earthquakes, could occur near this line.
- Line between 33°42′N, 117°21′E (near Miao’anxiang, Yongqiao District, Suzhou, Anhui, China) and 27°00′N, 116°26′E (near Nanfeng County, Fuzhou, Jiangxi, China). Notable accidents (especially aviation), landslides or collapses of structures, violence, incidents that bring casualties, troubles for labourers/blue collar workers or for the old or poor, troubles for the very wealthy, troubles for politicians, religious people, state ministers and bureaucrats, or strong precipitation also likely near this line.
- Straight line running through 39°00′N, 115°54′E (near Anxin County, Baoding, Hebei, China). Notable accidents (especially aviation), landslides or collapses of structures, violence, incidents that bring casualties, troubles for labourers/blue collar workers or for the old or poor, troubles for the very wealthy, troubles for politicians, religious people, state ministers and bureaucrats, or strong precipitation also likely near this line.
- Line between 41°23′N, 112°45′E (near Hongpanxiang, Qahar Right Middle Banner, Ulanqab, Inner Mongolia, China) and 33°12′N, 111°51′E (near Chimei Town, Neixiang County, Nanyang, Henan, China). Noteworthy accidents or notable malefic incidents, in addition to or instead of earthquakes, could occur near this line.
- Line between 38°00′N, 111°03′E (near Muguapingxiang, Lin County, Shanxi, Lüliang, Shanxi, China) and 29°23′N, 110°16′E (near Ruitapu, Sangzhi, Sangzhi County, Zhangjiajie, Hunan, China). Noteworthy accidents or notable malefic incidents, in addition to or instead of earthquakes, could occur near this line.
When extended south to 24°48′N, 109°55′E, the line can be seen passing close by Liuzhou-Nanning area (Guangxi, China), which in the recent past experienced mild to moderate earthquakes:
- Line between 30°11′N, 104°49′E (near Yanjiang District, Ziyang, Sichuan, China) and 28°11′N, 104°44′E (near Gongxian, Yibin, Sichuan, China). Notable accidents (especially involving aircraft or watercraft), incidents of drowning, incidents of shooting, terrorism or violence in general, troubles for the young, copious rains and notable instances of deception or fraud also could occur near this line.
- Straight line running through 24°00′N, 104°33′E (near Zhulin Town, Guangnan County, Wenshan Zhuang and Miao Autonomous Prefecture, Yunnan, China). Notable accidents (especially involving aircraft or watercraft), incidents of drowning, incidents of shooting, terrorism or violence in general, troubles for the young, copious rains and notable instances of deception or fraud also could occur near this line.
- Straight line running through 37°00′N, 99°13′E (northeast of Wayao Wole 瓦窑窝勒, Tianjun County, Haixi Mongol and Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture, Qinghai, China). Noteworthy accidents, copious rainfall, troubles to women or the young or to those in art, fashion or luxury sectors, or notable malefic incidents, in addition to or instead of earthquakes, could occur near this line. Earthquake magnitude could cross 5.5 near this line.
When extended south, the line can be seen passing through the Strait of Malacca and North Sumatra:
- Line between 29°00′N, 98°57′E (near Jiangdun 江敦, Markam County, Chamdo, Tibet, China) and 18°11′N, 99°02′E (near Takhian Pom, Thung Hua Chang District, Lamphun, Thailand). Noteworthy accidents or notable malefic incidents, in addition to or instead of earthquakes, could occur near this line. This is a highly malefic line, especially insofar as landslides and very heavy rain are concerned.
- Straight line running through 28°00′N, 96°10′E (near Pomeliang, Arunachal Pradesh, India). Notable accidents, strong violence, major incidents of fires or explosions or involving firearms, troubles for soldiers or surgeons, or strong precipitation or storms also likely near this line.
- Line between 42°47′N, 95°28′E (southeast of Kezile Duoruo Leji Neng’Ao Taike 克孜勒多若勒吉能奥台克, Yizhou, Hami, Xinjiang, China) and 36°53′N, 95°43′E (near Cha’Erhan Yan Lake 察尔汗盐湖, Dulan County, Haixi Mongol and Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture, Qinghai, China). Notable accidents, strong violence, major incidents of fires or explosions or involving firearms, troubles for soldiers or surgeons, or strong precipitation or storms also likely near this line. This is a highly malefic line: earthquake magnitude near it may cross 5.5.
- Line between 26°36′N, 95°20′E (near Hkamkaw Langma, Sagaing Region, Myanmar) and 20°23′N, 95°32′E (near Tanaunggon, Magway Region, Myanmar). Notable accidents (especially involving aircraft or watercraft), incidents of drowning, incidents of shooting, terrorism or violence in general, troubles for the young, copious rains and notable instances of deception or fraud also could occur near this line. This is a highly malefic line, and strong violence or M5.5+ quake could occur in the prediction section shown.
- Line between 29°00′N, 83°17′E (near Mukot, Karnali Province, Nepal) and 21°06′N, 84°16′E (near Badhindol, Odisha, India). Notable accidents (especially aviation), landslides or collapses of structures, violence, incidents that bring casualties, troubles for labourers/blue collar workers or for the old or poor, troubles for the very wealthy, troubles for politicians, religious people, state ministers and bureaucrats, or strong precipitation also likely near this line.
When extended north, the same line can be described thus: between 44°47′N, 80°45′E (near Qimian 其面, Wenquan County, Bortala Mongol Autonomous Prefecture, Xinjiang, China) and 40°00′N, 81°39′E (near Takela Magan Shamo 塔克拉玛干沙漠, Aksu City, Aksu Prefecture, Xinjiang, China).
- Line between 31°00′N, 80°09′E (near Banduo Garuo 班多嘎若, Zanda County, Ngari Prefecture, Tibet, China) and 22°41′N, 81°24′E (near Pathariya Ryt., Madhya Pradesh, India). Noteworthy accidents or notable malefic incidents, in addition to or instead of earthquakes, could occur near this line.
When extended north, the line will pass through Ladakh-Hotan area (India-China) (not shown).
- Straight line running through 28°00′N, 73°13′E (near Sharah Nathaniya, Rajasthan, India). Notable accidents or incidents involving fire, firearms or explosions, troubles for travellers, network outages (power, IT, water, etc.), storms or strong winds, and troubles to authorities or those in high positions also possible near this line.
When extended south, the Goa-Maharashtra-south Gujarat section (India) of this line looks very highly malefic, part of which is shown here:
When extended north, the line passes close by Pakistan capital Islamabad, parts of Kashmir and the earthquake-prone Wakhan Corridor (Afghanistan):
- Line between 36°00′N, 69°35′E (near Khiaban, Baghlan, Afghanistan) and 29°00′N, 71°17′E (southeast of Dera Nawab Sahib, Punjab, Pakistan). This is a very highly malefic line. Notable accidents or incidents involving fire, firearms or explosions, troubles for travellers, network outages (power, IT, water, etc.), storms or strong winds, troubles to authorities or those in high positions, or other malefic incidents also possible near this line.
When extended south, the same line can be described thus: between 24°00′N, 72°22′E (near Teniwada, Gujarat, India) and 17°00′N, 73°44′E (near Dakhin, Maharashtra, India). Again, the Maharashtra-Goa-north Karnataka section (India) of the line looks highly malefic:
- Line between 33°30′N, 62°57′E (near Dahane Osa, Herat, Afghanistan) and 28°00′N, 64°32′E (near Lala, Balochistan, Pakistan). Noteworthy accidents or notable malefic incidents, in addition to or instead of earthquakes, could occur near this line. It should be noted that Iran’s bordering areas with Pakistan and Afghanistan lie within the prediction range of this line, and violence could occur.
When extended south, the line will pass close by several islands of the Maldives (e.g., passing through 3°12′N, 70°16′E, which is west of Nilandhoo), in particular the southern islands of the country (not shown).
A few additional lines, which all look highly malefic; noteworthy accidents or notable malefic incidents, in addition to or instead of earthquakes, could occur near all the following lines (take 5 to 15 Aug period for these lines, except for the first line, for which 4 to 14 Aug, and the second line, for which 4 to 15 Aug):
- Straight line running through 50°00′N, 152°25′E (a point in the Sea of Okhotsk).
When extended south, the line can be seen passing through the Solomon Sea area, and earthquake magnitude is likely to cross even 6.0 in this section:
- Line between 35°00′N, 51°45′E (near Shokrabad, Tehran, Iran) and 30°00′N, 53°39′E (near Kerehee, Fars, Iran), which, it should be noted, passes very close to Iranian capital Tehran:
When extended south, the same line can be described thus: between 26°48′N, 54°45′E (near Hasham-e Champeh, Hormozgan, Iran) and 24°00′N, 55°40′E (west of Bu Baqara, Al Buraimi Governorate, Oman). It should be noted that the line passes right through the major urban hub of Dubai (UAE):
- Line between 44°00′N, 14°50′E (south-southwest off Veli Rat, Zadar County, Croatia) and 38°00′N, 19°10′E (a point in the Ionian Sea). Notable accidents or incidents involving fire, firearms or explosions, troubles for children, the young, or students, troubles for travellers/tourists, pilots/sailors, mediapersons and diplomats, communication troubles or network outages (power, IT, water, etc.), conflicts, storms or strong winds and troubles to authorities or those in high positions also possible near this line. Earthquake magnitude in the Ionian Sea-Mediterranean Sea section of the line could even cross 5.7.
- Straight line running through 58°00′S, 27°34′W (near Saunders Island, Central Islands, South Georgia and the South Sandwich Islands). Earthquake magnitude could cross even 6.0 near the prediction line.
When extended north, western Iceland lies within the prediction range of the line:
The most malefic section of the line, though, is somewhere midway: the Cape Verde section.
- Straight line running through 67°00′N, 53°13′W (northeast of Avssaqútaq, Qeqqata, Greenland). Notable accidents or incidents involving fire, firearms or explosions, troubles for children, the young, or students, troubles for travellers/tourists, pilots/sailors, mediapersons and diplomats, communication troubles or network outages (power, IT, water, etc.), conflicts, storms or strong winds and troubles to authorities or those in high positions also possible near this line.
- Line between 38°00′N, 105°39′W (near Crestone, Colorado, USA) and 29°48′N, 108°51′W (near El Rubí, Sonora, Mexico).
- Straight line running through 36°00′N, 106°46′W (near Jarosa, New Mexico, USA). Notable accidents or incidents involving fire, firearms or explosions, troubles for children, the young, or students, troubles for travellers/tourists, pilots/sailors, mediapersons and diplomats, communication troubles or network outages (power, IT, water, etc.), conflicts, storms or strong winds and troubles to authorities or those in high positions also possible near this line.

Note 2: Owing to lack of time, I am unable to look at every single prediction line in detail. I am publishing only those which look more prominent to me. It is possible that on some prediction line(s) that I have not chosen, a strong enough earthquake may take place, but I can only do my best with the time constraints possible. However, wherever a line is given, an earthquake or some other incident that can or does lead to fall of structures is highly likely to happen near it, unless weak probability is already noted.
Note 3: If a big earthquake has happened in a place, aftershocks may continue for days, weeks and even months. I predict the big (usually the first) earthquake, not always the aftershocks (unless they are also seen prominently on the charts, as does happen sometimes).
Note 4: The straight lines are an approximation of curved lines. As you go at extreme latitudes, the prediction lines will become more and more “flat,” given that the Earth’s curvature sharpens towards the Poles.
