9 standards for showing up at your best in every area of life — without rigid plans, calorie tracking, or living in the gym.

What does it mean to be a High-Performance Human?

It means building a body that allows you to show up as your best self in every area of life, instead of one that holds you back. Most high performers control every part of their life except this one. The career is handled, the standards are high, and then the discipline runs out somewhere around their own health. We refuse to let that be the case.

It means waking up with the energy, clarity, and strength to lead, parent, build, travel, and play for decades to come. It means being free to golf 18 holes, hike with your kids, perform at work, ski all weekend, or build something in the garage — without pain, fatigue, or second-guessing your own body.

It also means rejecting the idea that health has to be restrictive or rigid. We follow a different code, one built around freedom and sustainability. True performance is not just what you do in the gym. It is how you show up everywhere else that matters.

Here is what we believe.

1. Freedom over perfection. We don’t follow rigid plans. We install systems that work anywhere — on a plane, in a hotel, at a family dinner. Results should never cost you the life you’re trying to improve.

2. Simplicity wins. We don’t track every calorie or weigh our chicken. We follow simple, proven principles that hold up in real life and stick for the long haul. We use the minimum effective dose, not the maximum we can tolerate.

3. Your body is an asset, not a project. We don’t fixate on fat loss. We build muscle, energy, and longevity so the body supports the life we want to live. Fat loss is the byproduct, not the whole point.

4. Metabolism comes first. We train the body to burn fat by default. Not through starvation, but through the signals we send with how we eat, train, and recover.

5. Strength is non-negotiable. We don’t rely on cardio to stay lean. We lift heavy and we train smart. The goal was never exhaustion. The goal is adaptation.

6. We don’t start over every Monday. We install habits that run on autopilot, even during chaos and even on vacation. Small efforts repeated beat big efforts attempted once.

7. Health should enhance life, not consume it. We don’t skip the ice cream with our kids or the dinner with our friends. We choose protocols that give more than they take.

8. We train for life, not for the mirror. We don’t train only for looks or for PRs. We train so we can hike with our kids, walk the golf course, carry the heavy bags, and stay sharp for decades.

9. Environment over willpower. We don’t rely on discipline alone. We design the routines and defaults that make the right choice the easy choice, especially when we’re tired or busy.

This is what it means to live like a High-Performance Human. A life built for longevity and freedom. This is how we live, and it’s what makes us different.

We’re not here to compete on a stage. We’re here to look great, feel great, and perform well in every part of our lives.
