I’m going to keep this intro short because I think most of you are familiar with our special guest tonight — Harry Litman is a former Assistant U.S. Attorney and Deputy Attorney General, a brilliant legal analyst, and the author of the Talking Feds Substack. He is also a dear friend and someone I stop and listen to whenever I see him on TV or (or read, when he writes one of his amazing pieces).
I have a confession: I have been completely hijacked by a personal/work issue for the past two weeks (nothing bad, but it has taken up ALL my mental energy, more at happy hour), which means that I have not been as plugged in as usual and am relying on Harry to get me up to speed, along with all of you. (Except for the Natalie Harp story, I’m all over that!) This will be a fun one — I hope you’ll grab your favorite beverage and join us!
