A heads up on baseball in Arizona in the month of February…

Spring Training games begin February 20, 2026. Full Schedule for you to find the best time and place. With the WBC kicking off early March, I’d suggest catching games sooner than later to catch all-stars before they ship off to Texas and Florida.
In that vein, the city of Surprise and Surprise Stadium are holding the “Mayor’s Welcome Back Reception” on February 18, 4PM to 6PM. $30 admission that includes snacks, keepsake and a meet greet with city leaders, Rangers and Royals representatives and fellow baseball fans.
The KBO NC Dinos will be in Tucson through February at Kino Sports Complex Annex Fields. Google translate camera is your friend.
Similarly, the KBO Champions, the LG Twins will be at the Indian School Park ballpark from January 22nd through February 23rd.
The MLB Desert Invitational will have the Air Force, Connecticut, GCU, Kansas State, Iowa, Nebraska, Northeastern and Penn State throughout the Cactus League fields February 13th through the 16th.
Similarly, the College Baseball Series takes place at Surprise Stadium February 13th through the 15th. Teams include U of A, Stanford, Michigan and Oregon State.
ASU, U of A and GCU open their seasons.
ASU will also hold an ASU Alumni Celebrity Softball game at Phoenix Municipal Stadium on February 1, 2026. Previous year’s game included Spencer Torkelson, Eric Sim, Zach Lind of Jimmy Eat World, among others.
The Arizona Baseball Museum will have it’s grand opening February 21st at 10AM. It is located beside the Mesa Historical Museum at 2345 N. Horne Mesa, AZ 85203.
