My Screenshots folder is my personal taste barometer. I save what sparks something in me. But a screenshot alone doesn’t tell me much. I have to dig: Is it a new craving Would this make getting dressed easier/more playful? Is it the piece itself, or just how it’s styled? etc.

I spend hours each week browsing for the best things out there. I love the hunt, and I love sharing my thought process even more. Call it daydreaming. I call it market research. Figured out I should share my findings with you, the things I want to buy. But I tell you why!

I hope you find something you like too.

You bet I tried to DIY this, wearing a short-sleeve over a long-sleeve but it’s NOT THE SAME at all.

Do I think I absolutely need the new Perfect Unisex Double Layer Long Sleeve T-Shirt? Click on that link to see how it looks on Amy and tell me you don’t need it. It’s a grey double-layered tee. It’s like your favourite grey sweatshirt but more interesting. The proportions, volume, and shade of grey are perfection. It goes with everything, bringing a familiar feeling. It’s exactly this sense of ease and comfort I’m craving every day. Get up, get dressed, and feel amazing. I’d go for Heather Grey, size XS

→ I’m craving intentional ease. Nothing sloppy, but something I can wear every day that makes me feel relaxed and put together, a tool to dress up or down the rest of an outfit.

I love my swimwear collection, and this is my #1 favourite bikini

When I say I want all of us to feel confident and comfortable, especially when 88% of our bodies are exposed skin, this is what I mean. This Balconette Underwire Bikini Top and this Eighties High-Cut Bikini Bottom. The quality is impeccable. The material is double-layered and supportive. The cut is really flattering. And of course, I picked black because it’s timeless and makes me feel chic and chill. I wear size S in the top and size XS in the bottom (true to size).

→ This bikini is a foundation: I can still feel like myself because it’s chic, polished, and timeless. The quality is great, I’ll wear it for many more seasons.

Mermaid hair and fun swimswear.

Surf girls always find their way back to my mood board: that impeccably undone, off-duty style. Blame the mermaid hair. I love a classic black bikini, but this batik triangle top and bottom pulled me in. I'd wear it with an oversized shirt and rubber flip flops, or the dusty blue and yellow bottom with low-waisted jeans, letting the yellow show, à la Miu Miu.

This is so unexpected that it might just be what I need to shake things up and channel my inner surf girl.

Perfect trousers for the next 3 months, off-duty vibes

This is what the surf girl wears: butter yellow or light khaki green — still deciding. I like the irony of the cargo pockets sitting lower than usual. Wear with a graphic tee or, my way, with a white cami and barely-there sandals.

I need more trousers options, I’m craving soft neutrals. This feels like something I will wear a lot, with a simple baby tee or a chunky knit (and they have my size).

White tank top, denim jeans, black ballet flats? Not re-inventing the wheel here, but it just works.

The Nando Square Neck Tank in white worn by Dakota Johnson, with a classic vintage blue Levi’s + the black Phoebe Philo flats confirmed I need a simple, modern cotton cami with a square neckline. I have both the white and the black version in my cart in XS. And I’m adding this kind of blue wash to my denim jeans wishlist.

→ A white tank is so simple, it’s showing me that it works as a foundation, a blank canvas, but the cut has to be right for my body (halterneck doesn’t work for my body, but square-neck tops are great), high-quality, and easy to care for.

I have the answer to “What To Wear Under My Cami Top?” This bra!

I tried on the May Cami Top earlier this month, in black and size XS. The most pleasant surprise: I tried it on with my Anemone Soft Triangle Bra underneath, and it didn’t show at all! This is a top rec, as it’s also one of the most comfortable bras I own. Now, could I get that Dakota vibe with the white version? I love the thickness of the cotton, and would get the white bra to match (check out their annual sale, here).

→ I really appreciate the thickness of the cotton. It feels like it will wash really well. Trying it on IRL really convinced me, and I’m even considering one of the seasonal colours.

Does this surprise you? I have nothing like this Floral Embroidery Jacket, but it's calling my name. I can see how it will (yes, I ordered it in size S) give me a feeling of newness and freshness with all my black trousers, denim jeans, and poplin shorts. I can’t wait to try it over a silk skirt with the. white tank top underneath.

20 minutes between discovery and check out for this jacket! An instant yes because I secretly hope they didn’t make a ton of them… It feels like it’s gonna be really fun to style even when I’m just going to the organic store.

I know it’s TOO SOON to share about outerwear, but… this trench has been haunting me for months

I hope you’re reading this letter by the pool, somewhere nice. I know you’re not thinking about coats, but I am. This Light Spring Trench in Hazel has been on my radar for months. It fits my vibe, it’s chic and chill. And the colour, “hazel”, brings instant calm and ease. As a true Ring 3 colour (more here), it’s the glue of the outfit. Long story short, I saw it in the store, it was one size too big for me, I ordered it in size 32, and I know it will be deliciously long on me, and that’s only one of the perks of being 5’3

→ I already knew what I wanted months ago. I could have trusted my gut earlier and gotten so much more wear out of it already! Also, it’s seeing it IRL that convinced me, because the colour is 100x better than on the picture, exactly the shade of “in-between” colours I love, not a classic beige trench. Modern, not boring.

You already know I’m obsessed with this bag. Unfortunately, the colour I have (coffee) is sold out. But rejoice as the Esme Tote will be available in mushroom (the perfect taupe, matching the trench coat) and in mid blue. The size is really nice, you can fit loads in it, it looks modern, and way more expensive than it is. It has a clasp closure and even a zipped inner pocket.

I really recommend this bag to everyone. I missed it when I didn’t bring it to my month-long trip to France.

Best dressed Substack Mom vibes

The Nylon Anorak feels like the ultimate mom’s hack. You bet I’d put snacks in the front zipped pocket. This sage colour is stunning, will pair beautifully with black, navy, grey, white, cream, but also the fun trousers I don’t have but want. The fit is perfect, so chill, oversized, and I can’t resist bell sleeves… You might not be ready to check out yet, but think about it as your Back To School investment. Browse the latest drop, here.

Something practical but stylish. The brand does it the best, dressing all the cool Substack Moms out there.

Size up 2 sizes for a relaxed vibe!

During my research, I came across the Lyle Woven Nylon Pullover. The new drop is selling out fast, so I ordered it in black, size M. It has a sporty vibe, no hood, but I imagine it underneath the aforementioned trench coat with slouchy tailored trousers or even with leggings. This also comes in a lavender, but it’s more of a dusty lavender (from what I saw in tagged pictures).

I don’t want to dress 100% practical: it has to be modern and interesting. I sized up to a M for ease and intentional oversized fit.

Let me know what’s the best at-home workout I can do. Must be gentle!

Speaking of leggings and bras, the Emerson Airweight Bra is flattering and supportive, true to size, and I actually like that dusty lavender border. Each drop is kind of a mix & match within a colour palette. I could be fun and pick the dusty lavender, but I love wearing black bottoms for comfort and practicality. So, you guessed it, I chose this one to match the bra — I ordered both in XS.

I love a strong core and a cute outfit.

Don’t they give a bit of that Rubirosa’s vibe?

Pre-Fall must be my favourite fashion season, and this pair of cream Soft Leather Loafers is everything I want to wear as soon as the temperatures drop. The two-part sole is what makes the loafers really comfortable. Chic and chill, I find them elegant, the sweet spot between comfort and modernity (I mean: they could also have been The Row, you know?)

Something light and soft. I know the time will come when I need a proper loafer, and this pair is everything I love: minimal, modern, and comfortable.

The Ingrid Slip in Red Scarlet is everything I did not know I wanted, but wow! This is like nothing else I own. This brings so much energy. Styled by @Leandra, with Havainas and a little pouch. One of the things I screenshot and can’t stop thinking about: a red silk slip.

This screams “I’m a mom, but I’m also a woman”! Feeling comfortable, confident, and beautiful really makes a difference.

In my research, I came across the Penelope Silk Bralette. It comes in 11 colours (including black, white and nude), but this blue is calling me. It’s a work of art, and I need you to tell me if you own it and how much you like it (otherwise I’ll have to report back, but I feel it could be a life-changing set!)

I am really curious about trying new styles, and it’s a good thing!

I could go on and on, but I feel I covered a lot already. This is an ongoing process: adding to cart, abandoning the cart, waiting for the ‘last item in stock’ sign, or checking out immediately when it’s a full-body yes.

Now, tell me, if you could have anything from this edit, what would it be?
