Om Rajguru

Hi! I am Om

I work where business, technology, and education meet, obsessed with how systems shape people. My process is heavy thinking and lean building, focusing on deep synthesis so that I can create with precision. While I have founded multiple initiatives to bridge education and industry, my core energy is that of a maker. I combine AI, UX design, and strategy to solve problems and turn every user into a builder.

The short version

About Me

I am deeply motivated by the systems and patterns that shape our world. I spend a lot of time thinking about how ideas take root and how quiet, thoughtful decisions can create a significant impact over time. My goal is to better bridge the space between insight and action so I can turn complex observations into meaningful results more quickly.

I am focused on building things that truly last and serve a purpose. Whether it is designing schools that empower students or developing products that solve genuine problems, I look for depth and durability in everything I do. I believe that understanding human incentives and creating strong structures is the best way to move past the surface and find real solutions.

My path is defined by a commitment to clarity and personal direction. I have found that precision often comes from stepping outside of my comfort zone, and I am always willing to put in the work required to get things right. I value deep connections and reliable partnerships, and I treat every interaction as an opportunity to learn and grow.

Everything I do is oriented toward the future. I want to look back and see a journey defined by steady ambition and intentional choices rather than just reactions to the moment. By taking full ownership of my path today, I am building a foundation for a future that is clear, purposeful, and driven by a desire to leave things better than I found them.

The Feed That Decides What India Thinks

Indian users generate some of the largest traffic numbers for global platforms, yet the rules governing what appears on those feeds get written far away, under different laws and different pressures. A look at how that gap has already surfaced in Indian politics, and why it matters for the years ahead.

The Gate Moved

Education used to function as a gate you had to pass before you began. AI is changing that order. A personal take on what happens when the work comes first and the judging comes after.

From the Lab: Why We’ve Been Quiet (and What We’ve Been Building)

The irony of 'building in public' is that sometimes you get so deep into the craft that you forget to talk about it. Here’s an honest look at where Aldform stands today, from infrastructure overhauls to our new Alpha features.

We just shipped V1 of Aldform. It’s a tiny SDK, two endpoints, and zero backend headaches. Here’s a look at what’s live, what’s coming, and why we’re keeping the doors cracked open just a tiny bit for now.

A Treatise on the Tender Ruin of a Faithful Heart

loving someone meant handing them the softest part of your throat and trusting they would never press. I'm exploring the depth of devotion, the ache of being left with a version of yourself you can only access through their eyes, and the courage it takes to love without measure or guarantees.

A Universal Standard for AI Truthfulness: Why Fragmented Censorship Must End

After testing AI models from India, China, the US, and Europe on sensitive topics, the results highlight a clear problem: heavy regional censorship driven by politics and ideology.
