Got my Dwarf 3 smart telescope out last night to see if I could record anything visible from the upper stage rocket that was scheduled to smash into the Moon. No dice there but, even through thick wildfire smoke, was able to take this lovely view.

This morning inside and out. Seems the fan box filter helped a bit running all night.

West Seattle! Beware this huge bald-faced hornet nest. It’s a SW 40th and Alaska in front of the Jiffy Lube hanging just over the sidewalk. I reported to the city and put up a sign.
