| | Delivery Time | | Availability & Delivery Notice
Normal delivery time is 3 to 4 days within Germany. If you order from another country, delivery times may vary depending on the destination.
Because we offer a wide variety of products, we cannot keep large quantities of every item in stock at all times. In some cases, a product may temporarily run out and require soldering or reassembly, which can extend the delivery time by approximately 2 additional weeks.
If you order a unique or custom-made option, such as the Unicorn with an on-soldered audio module, alternative soldered hardware configurations, or custom case colors that we do not normally keep in stock, delivery times will be longer. These products are individually ordered, tested, and manufactured to ensure the high quality you expect.
Custom-made products typically require 4 to 8 weeks for completion.
Please note that during peak periods, such as Christmas or major trade shows, we kindly ask you to allow 1 to 2 extra weeks for delivery.
