having to talk to people to people that no one really wants to talk to, but we need to anyways. kind of feels like pulling teeth.

interface with other organizations and other people! In a responsible way! And vaguely representing devhack as a whole!

Some tasks that this might include:

Texting and responding to the landlord in a timely fashion
Texting and responding to fire marshal, maintenance folks, etc
Communicating with devhack's subleases (aka Andy the Therapist & SCN) for some things. might overlap with Treasurer Hat role.
