Windows Notepad

A Windows 98 inspired textbox/notepad. There are many features added, the empty notepad window is usable (you can type in it) and the buttons function (clicking on the _ button will close the "textbox" [The part where you can type in it. I don't know how to word it, sorry.], clicking on it again brings you back the "textbox" while the X button closes the entire element). Also inspired (KINDA?) by the Strawpage element!
