Add a live chat room to your site. Visitors can talk to each other (and you) in real time, as guests or with a registered name.

Core

Real-time chat: Messages show up live for everyone in the chat.
Channels: Split chat into multiple channels. You can also lock and hide channels.
Roles: Users, moderators and admins. Create accounts and assign roles from the dashboard.
Registration: Let visitors register to password-protect their name. You can also require registration to post.
Sticky message: Show a welcome or info message when the chat opens.
Commands: /nick to change name, /tell to privately message someone online, /help and more. Mods can also moderate users using commands.
Self-delete: Visitors can delete their own messages if you allow it.
Online count: Show how many people are currently in the chat.

Composition

Smileys: Allow visitors to use smileys in their messages. Upload your own smileys!
Avatars: Visitors can upload their own avatars.
Discord emojis: Show Discord custom emojis when a channel is bridged.
Max length: change the max length of a message.
Notification sound: Play a sound when a new message is received while the tab is in the background.

Moderation & spam

Captcha: sending a message requires browser verification to prevent spam.
Lock chat: stop everyone except mods and admins from posting.
Rate limit: limit how many messages someone can send in a time window.
Manage messages: delete messages and purge a user's messages from the dashboard or right in the chat.
Word filter: filter out messages with bad words.
Bans: ban users and IPs.
Country control: blacklist or whitelist specific countries.
VPN/proxy filter: don't let people with a shady connection into the chat.
